Super Bowl 57 is finally here, and bettors searching for long-shot props don’t have to look any further. Here are our favorite Super Bowl long-shot prop bets based on the best Super Bowl odds.

When it comes to the Super Bowl, bettors are ready to wager on just about anything. Whether the color of the Gatorade, the length of the national anthem, the result of the Super Bowl coin toss, or any of the other novelty props or Super Bowl 57 props bets, wagers are placed on numerous props that aren’t available during regular football games.

Yet, most of these bets, which generally come down to chance, offer very minimal value from a betting perspective. That is why it can be useful to look past the normal betting markets and look for some prop bets with extremely long odds that could make your Super Bowl experience a profitable one.

Here are our best long-shot prop picks for Super Bowl 57 (odds via DraftKings SportsbookCaesars Sportsbook; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Long shot prop bet predictions for Super Bowl 57

Any offensive lineman to score 1-plus receiving touchdown (+3500) ⭐⭐

There was exactly one offensive lineman touchdown in 2022. However, the Super Bowl is where teams pull out their entire bag of tricks to secure victory and hoist the Lombardi Trophy. We saw it the last time the Eagles were in the Super Bowl when they ran the Philly Special and tight end Trey Burton threw a touchdown pass to quarterback Nick Foles.

Even in that case, it wasn’t an offensive lineman who caught the touchdown pass. However, Andy Reid likes to draw up some crazy plays throughout the course of a game, and there is no reason to think one of those plays won’t involve a lineman running free in the end zone. And for the Eagles, people are expecting something interesting because of their Super Bowl history.

Last scoring play: Safety (+5500) ⭐

We have seen some absolutely incredible plays to end games during the 2022 season. The most memorable was when the New England Patriots essentially lateraled their way out of the postseason against the Las Vegas Raiders. One instance that is less memorable because it didn’t change the outcome of the game came in Week 18 when the New York Jets lateraled their way to a safety against the Miami Dolphins. While the safety didn’t change the outcome of the game, it did give the Dolphins the cover against the spread.

Many expect this to be a close Super Bowl, and if it is, then there is always the chance that late in the game, the trailing team is going to try some form of a desperation play. We’ve seen these plays going backward more than forward in recent seasons, which means that a safety on the last play of the game isn’t out of the question.

Isiah Pacheco to be Super Bowl MVP (+4000) ⭐⭐

A rookie has never won Super Bowl MVP, but that could all change on Sunday because Isiah Pacheco is actually an essential part of this Chiefs’ offense. He only rushed for 26 yards against the Cincinnati Bengals, but he did pull in five catches for 59 yards.

It’s hard to imagine any Chiefs’ offensive player winning Super Bowl MVP other than quarterback Patrick Mahomes, but Pacheco has an advantage because he does not get the bulk of his work from Mahomes. Where Jerick McKinnon or Travis Kelce could end the game with two touchdowns, it’s likely that those touchdowns would be passes from Mahomes. Pacheco, on the other hand, scored five rushing touchdowns this season, and he had one called back in the AFC Championship game.

If he goes for more than 100 rushing yards and scores twice, he is all but a lock to win. The chances of that happening still aren’t very high, but if you’re looking for a long-shot Chiefs’ player to win MVP, Pacheco is the play.
