Florida Online Casinos: Best Legal FL Gambling Sites in 2026

Our top Florida sweepstakes casinos reviewed

We’ve spent time reviewing multiple sweepstakes casinos in the Florida market and have selected five options that we believe will offer you the best possible experience, including some of the best sweepstakes casino no deposit bonuses.

Horseplay is another option we recommend to users in Florida. While the platform differs from a standard sweepstakes casino, the Horseplay promo code is another option for players seeking a unique experience.

1. LoneStar Florida

A sister-site to RealPrize, LoneStar gives new users 100,000 GC + 2.5 SC without needing a LoneStar Casino promo code. For those willing to spend some money, a first purchase bonus of 125,000 GC, 50 SC, and 250 VIP Points is also up for grabs.

There are over 500 games from top providers such as NetEnt and Red Tiger. Most titles are slots, but there are some table games as well. The only real disappointment is the lack of live dealer games.

If you're trying LoneStar for the first time, I'd recommend trying games from multiple providers before deciding which games deserve your bankroll.

New LoneStar players can get daily bonuses just for logging in, or join the seven-tier VIP program with even more benefits. There are also challenges, social media giveaways, tournaments, and referral bonuses to take advantage of.

Like most sweepstakes casinos, all SC at LoneStar have a 1x playthrough requirement. To redeem, you need 100 SC for Skrill or bank transfers and 45 SC for gift cards.

Pros:

• Regular challenges, social media giveaways, and tournaments
• Coin packages for purchase starting at $2.99

Cons:

• No mobile apps
• Limited selection of live dealer games

2. Crown Coins Florida

Crown Coins stands out with its impressive collection of over 450 games from top providers, including NetEnt and Hacksaw Gaming. While most collections consist of slots, there are other options available as well, such as live game shows, including Buffalo Blitz Live and Adventures Beyond Wonderland Live.

The Crown Coins Casino promo code grants new users one of the best online casino bonuses, with new players claiming 100,000 Crown Coins + 2 Free SC as a no deposit bonus. There's also a first purchase promo available that can provide 1.5M CC + 75 SC. The platform offers a rewarding VIP program that awards XP points for both standard and promotional play, as well as Daily Missions that offer up to 100 SC in rewards each day.

You can redeem your SC instantly using Skrill, with other options, such as bank transfer and gift cards, also available. If you decide to use the latter, you only need 50 SC in your balance to redeem prizes, which is great considering most sites have a minimum redemption limit of 100 SC.

Between the welcome offer, daily login bonus, and a strong collection of ongoing promotions, I was able to try a variety of games before deciding whether to use the first-purchase bonus. If you're just starting out, I'd suggest using up those free rewards first.

Pros:

• Excellent iOS app and Trustpilot ratings
• Great progressive daily login bonus

Cons:

• More limited game library than most sweepstakes casinos
• No app for Android users

3. RealPrize Florida

RealPrize is a standout sweepstakes casino operated by RealPlay Tech Inc. and launched in 2023.

The platform offers over 500 games from top providers, including NetEnt and Nolimit City, featuring a diverse range of options, including slots, live dealer games, video poker, and bingo. A standout feature is the casino's 7-tier VIP program, which offers exciting benefits, including purchase multipliers of up to 1.5x, exclusive games, and a dedicated store for bonuses.

The RealPrize promo code welcomes new players with a no deposit bonus of 100,000 GC + 2 SC. The $100 first purchase package delivers 625,000 GC, 125 SC, and 1,250 VIP points, one of the best first purchase offers currently available. Daily login bonuses (5,000 GC + 0.30 SC) and frequent social media promotions offer ongoing rewards to keep existing users coming back for more.

You can learn more in our full RealPrize Casino review.

Pros:

• Up to 70 SC available via referral program
• Good daily login bonus

Cons:

• Live chat accessible only via VIP program
• No mobile app for Android users

4. Stake.us Florida

Stake.us has a massive library of over 2,000 titles, including slots, live dealer games, RNG table games, Plinko, keno, crash, dice, and scratchcards. Stake.us also has one of the best no deposit bonuses, dishing out up to 560,000 GC and $56 Stake Cash without a Stake.us promo code.

The biggest downside of Stake.us is the high playthrough requirement. While other sweepstakes casinos tend to have a 1x playthrough requirement, Stake.us requires users to play through Stake Cash at least 3x before it can be redeemed. That said, the minimum redemption threshold is one of the lowest in the industry, at just 25 SC.

Pros:

• Up to 560,000 GC and 56 free SC as a no deposit bonus
• 25 SC minimum redemption threshold

Cons:

• Cryptocurrency only payment method
• 3x playthrough requirement

For more information about what Stake.us has to offer, including a dedicated iOS app, check out our Stake.us Casino review.

5. FreeSpin Florida

New users in Florida can claim a no deposit bonus 200,000 Gold Coins and 20 free spins without needing a FreeSpin Casino promo code. The spins are only useable on the Gorilla slot game and are worth 0.10 SC each, giving them a total potential value of 2 SC.

While FreeSpin doesn't currently offer a dedicated mobile app, I found the site performed and responded well on my iPhone Safari browser. One thing that did frustrate me, however, was being logged out of my account after five minutes of inactivity. That's something to keep in mind.

Pros:

• Slots with RTPs as high as 99%
• Over 30 live dealer tables
• Phone, email and live-chat support

Cons:

• Welcome spins limited to a slot with a below-average RTP
• Mobile sessions can time out quickly
• No dedicated mobile app

Are real money online casinos legal in Florida?

No, real money online casinos are not legal in Florida under Chapter 849 of the Florida Gambling Code. The Florida Gaming Control Commission, which regulates gambling in the state, allows residents to place wagers at numerous land-based casinos, but legal online gambling is currently limited to sports betting.

Florida’s gaming laws don’t prohibit online sweepstakes gaming or free-to-use social casinos. Early in 2025, lawmakers proposed Senate Bill 1404, which would have made sweepstakes casinos illegal, but the bill was shelved at the committee stage.

In late 2025, Hard Rock Bet Casino started offering Real Money Games Presented By Past Motor Racing, giving Florida players access to around 25 slots. While the current offering is limited, it could indicate broader expansion of online casinos in Florida in the future.

Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier launched two lawsuits against the parent companies of Chumba Casino and Stake in August 2026. The lawsuit alleges that those companies operate illegal gambling enterprises.

In September 2026, the Attorney General set an Oct. 23 deadline for Google, Meta, Reddit, Snap and TikTok to respond in writing with how they plan to prevent sweepstakes operators like Stake, Chumba, and LuckyLand from reaching Floridians.

Could Florida legalize online casinos?

Senate Bill 1404 and House Bill 953, which were introduced earlier this year, didn’t just aim to ban sweepstakes gaming but any other form of online gambling that isn't covered under the tribal gaming compact signed by Governor Ron DeSantis in 2021. This shows that the general sentiment surrounding online casinos remains largely negative.

However, Gov. DeSantis put a lot of work into bringing the tribal gaming compact to life and legalized sports betting, despite opposition, so nothing is entirely off the table.

Best Florida sweepstakes bonuses compared

Without real money casinos, Floridians who wish to enjoy online gaming will only be able to play at sweepstakes or social casinos. While there are numerous sweepstakes casinos in the state, here are the five we think offer the best bonuses.

How we rate and review Florida online casinos

Here's a detailed breakdown of the key criteria we use when reviewing the best Florida online casinos.

Bonuses and promotions

In the sweepstakes world, where most of the action is expected to be free, you simply can’t understate the importance of bonuses and promotions. How good is the first purchase bonus? Can the daily bonus keep players active? Are there occasional promotions and purchase deals? These are the main questions we ask every time we review a new site.

We also explore promotion terms and conditions to confirm details such as the playthrough requirements and bonus validity period.

Casino games and software

A casino is nothing without its games. We seek sites that offer a diverse range of games across multiple categories. Even with slots, we prefer social casinos that feature an array of game mechanics, themes, and bonus features. The games should also be from reputable software providers using verified RNG.

We then review the table games library, looking for live dealers and other fun games, such as crash, arcade, instant games, and scratchcards.

Payment options and policy

Whether you’re making a coin package purchase or trying to redeem your well-earned Sweeps Coins, payments at a sweepstakes casino should always be smooth and fee-free. We review the payment methods and banking policies of our top platforms, checking for flexible limits, fast payouts, and zero fees.

Only reputable casinos recommended

Part of our review process is determining which casinos are reputable and which ones aren't. Many offshore operators and regulated platforms just aren't reliable. Planet Casino, Slots.LV and Cafe Casino are a few casinos we'd recommend steering clear of because of issues with customer support, payments, licensing, and more.

Available Florida online casino games

The best Florida sweepstakes casinos offer as much variety as standard real-money gambling sites. Below, we take a look at the types of games you can expect to find in the Sunshine State.

Online slots

The best online slots make up the majority of the game libraries at sweepstakes casinos. You will usually see titles from multiple providers, with the best platforms offering different game features like cascading reels, wilds, and free spins, plus game mechanics such as Megaways, Hold & Win, and Bonus Buy, among others.

Blackjack

A classic of the gaming world, beloved by many for its emphasis on strategy. There are different variations of blackjack at many platforms, but at the end of the day, the core principle of the game remains the same: beating the dealer without exceeding 21. Top sweepstakes platforms even offer live versions of the game, where you play a live dealer streaming from a studio.

Roulette

Another classic and popular casino game that’s common at most sweepstakes sites. It’s also pretty simple: you predict where the ball will land on a wheel. You have the American, European, and French variations, with slight alterations to the wheel and rules, but the excitement stays the same whether you’re playing RNG or live versions of the game.

Poker

From Texas Hold’em to Omaha, sweepstakes offer competitive play across multiplayer games and tournaments. While poker may not be readily available at all social casinos, dedicated platforms do exist and offer a variety of other top casino games.

Live dealer casino games

These are basically live versions of your favorite classics: blackjack, baccarat, and roulette, streamed with real-life dealers. The best sites even offer live game shows and other entertaining titles, such as Teen Patti and Andar Bahar. You can interact with other players in the game lobby and send messages to the dealer.

Craps

While it’s not as common in sweepstakes casinos as the other games on this list, some social sites offer the classic dice game, letting you play with either Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins. On some platforms, you may even find the live dealer version of the game, which offers more flexible wagering limits.

Baccarat

This straightforward card game follows its standard rules in sweepstakes casinos: bet on the player, banker, or a tie for a chance to win. It’s one of the more popular online casino-style games, with the best sites also offering live versions featuring real cards and dealers.

How to play online casino games in Florida

Here are the steps you need to follow to enjoy games and claim bonuses at Florida online casinos.

1. Select an online casino

This sounds obvious, but pick a casino that you like. We’ve done the hard part by reviewing dozens of sites and selecting the top ones. You can find key information about these platforms from our mini reviews and get the full details from the comprehensive reviews we’ve covered. Once you settle on a casino, click the bonus, and we’ll take you directly to their official site.

2. Create your account

Find the Register or Sign Up button and click on it to begin your registration. Some sites will let you create an account by linking your Google or Facebook account, while others will request personal details like your email address, phone number, full name, and more. Regardless of which option is available, make sure you enter all details correctly.

Before registering, I confirmed whether I needed to verify my account before being eligible for redemptions. I'd recommend completing verification right away to avoid delays if you eventually want to redeem prizes.

3. Claim a bonus

Generally, the welcome bonus is credited immediately after you create your account. At some sites, you may need to verify your identity by submitting additional personal details. Once again, please ensure that you enter all details and documents correctly, so you don’t encounter issues with purchases or redemptions in the future.

4. Make a purchase

Florida sweepstakes casinos will provide you with a no purchase bonus to start with and daily login bonuses to keep you going, so making purchases is entirely optional. However, if you can’t wait for the next login bonus, click on the Get Coins option to visit the coin store.

As it’s your first time, most social casinos will likely offer you a first purchase deal, where you get more Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins in a package than you normally would. Select the deal or any other package you like, and pay for it using any of the available payment options.

5. Start playing

Head back to the casino game lobby and browse through the available collection until you find something you want to play, either with Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins. You can also use the search button or filters to locate your preferred titles. Don’t forget to use the Favorite feature to create your own custom selection.

6. Redeem for cash prizes

After accumulating enough Sweeps Coins, you can exchange them for real money or gift cards by requesting a redemption. If you got the SC from a bonus, you must have met the playthrough requirement, which is usually 1x.

Once everything is set, select a suitable payment method, enter your details, and specify the number of coins you want to redeem before confirming. You can expect the funds to appear in your account within a day, but this may take longer in some casinos.

Online casino payment methods in Florida

Purchases aren't required at Florida sweepstakes casinos. However, if you decide to buy a package, these platforms offer convenient payment options for both purchases and prize redemptions. Popular methods include:

To purchase a coin package at a sweepstakes casino, you’ll typically have to follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on the Get Coins option, typically located at the top of the homepage.
3. Browse the available packages and tap or click any you like.
4. Choose a suitable payment option and enter your details.
5. Verify the payment and wait for the coins to appear in your balance.

Redemptions are typically processed as cash prizes, gift cards, or bank transfers. Processing times vary, with e-wallets and gift cards the fastest (24-48 hours) and bank transfers the longest (3-5 business days).

Florida gambling laws

Florida prohibits most forms of gambling, including online casinos, under Chapter 849 of the state statutes, with exceptions for pari-mutuel betting, tribal casinos, the state lottery, and charitable gaming. Operating or participating (e.g., unlicensed casinos, sports betting outside approved frameworks) is a misdemeanor or felony, depending on the offense.

You must be at least 21 to place sports bets or visit a casino in the state, but other gambling forms like the lottery and bingo only require you to be 18. Florida doesn't impose a state income tax, but federal taxes (24% on winnings exceeding $1,200) apply. Tribal casinos and pari-mutuels report winnings via Form W-2G.

Florida sports betting

The Florida sports betting scene has faced significant legal battles. In 2021, Governor Ron DeSantis signed a 30-year gaming compact with the Seminole Tribe, granting them exclusive rights to statewide sports betting, including online wagering.

However, competitors, such as West Flagler Associates (owners of pari-mutuel facilities), sued, arguing that the deal violated federal gaming laws. Courts initially blocked the compact in 2021, but a 2023 reversal allowed the Seminole Tribe to relaunch operations, including the Hard Rock Bet platform. Currently, only Seminole-run sportsbooks are legal in Florida, with the compact in effect until 2051.

Land-based Florida casinos

Below, find a list of the eight land-based casinos in Florida and where to find them. All casinos operate on tribal land, with six of them run by the Seminole Tribe and the other two operated by the Miccosukee Tribe.

Responsible gambling in Florida

The Florida Gaming Control Commission does not regulate sweepstakes casinos in Florida; however, these sites still demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming practices. They often feature tools such as self-exclusion, which restricts access to your account for up to 12 months, purchase limits, daily time limits, and cooling-off periods.

There’s also the Florida Council on Compulsive Gambling (FCCG), which has partnered with the state government for over three decades to provide support to players with problem gambling issues. They operate a Problem Gambling Helpline, 888-ADMIT-IT (available via call and text), and offer live chat options through gamblinghelp.org. For more support:

• Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration
• Gamblers Anonymous
• Have A Game Plan
• Gam-Anon
