The Dallas Cowboys and the Seattle Seahawks play a second straight Thursday as they square off on Thursday Night Football in Week 13, and we have you covered with our Seahawks vs. Cowboys prediction based on the best NFL odds.

The Seattle Seahawks (6-5) failed to equalize the NFC West race with the San Francisco 49ers on Thanksgiving, experiencing a 31-13 defeat. The Seahawks, currently getting +2000 odds at DraftKings to win the division, have now dropped four straight games to the 49ers.

In Week 12, the Dallas Cowboys maintained their impressive home performances, securing a 45-10 victory against the Washington Commanders and improving to 5-0 at AT&T Stadium. Despite the dominant win, wide receiver CeeDee Lamb only notched 53 yards and one touchdown on four catches. Philip Wood anticipates CeeDee improving those numbers in his CeeDee Lamb prop picks.

To accompany our Thursday Night Football odds and Seahawks-Cowboys prop picks, here is our best Seahawks-Cowboys prediction and our NFL picks (odds via our best NFL betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Seahawks vs. Cowboys prediction: Thursday Night Football

Cowboys -7 (-110 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

It is shocking to see the point spread this low for this matchup, considering Dallas has won all five of its home games by 20-plus points and has a plus-145 point differential at AT&T Stadium. The Cowboys have won three straight games overall by 20 or more points for the first time since 1980, and they have seven wins by 20-plus points this season, tied for the most in franchise history with six games left to play. And Dallas’ 35-point win over Washington was its third division win by 30-plus points, tied for the most since the 1970 merger with the 2010 New England Patriots.

Much of the Cowboys' dominance has to do with quarterback Dak Prescott playing the best football of his career. Prescott has 17 passing touchdowns over his last five games, tied for the most in a five-game span in Cowboys history. He is coming off his 10th career game with four or more passing touchdowns, which ties Tony Romo’s team record, and he leads the NFC in touchdown passes (23) while ranking second among all quarterbacks in completion percentage (70%) and Total QBR (75).

Our Connor Cooper also thinks Prescott will keep rolling in his Dak Prescott prop picks.

Seattle will not have the offense to keep up in this game, as it entered its Thanksgiving game scoring touchdowns on 13.2% of its drives over the previous six games (per Sharp Football Analysis), then followed that up with zero offensive touchdowns in 10 possessions against San Francisco.

Dallas is 2-2 against teams that are .500 or better when it plays them and is 0-2 against teams currently over .500 this season. However, the Seahawks look nothing like a winning team at this point, as quarterback Geno Smith and running back Kenneth Walker III are not entirely healthy.

This is a four-star play, as even if Prescott does not put up the same dominant passing numbers he has of late, Seattle was still shredded for 114 yards and 6.0 yards per carry by Christian McCaffrey after entering last week ranked 29th in yards per carry to running backs over the prior four weeks.

Cowboys backers have an easy choice of where to find the best value, as DraftKings is one of two of our best sports betting apps offering a touchdown spread, but the only one doing so at the standard -110 odds.

We are grabbing the -7 at any place we can, as we would be more inclined to play Dallas on the alternate spread if the line crept up to -7.5 or higher everywhere before kickoff.

Seahawks vs. Cowboys odds analysis

After the Week 12 Thanksgiving games, the Cowboys could have been had for -6.5 at FanDuel and bet365 and -6 at DraftKings on Friday afternoon. The line made stops at -7 at all of those best sports betting sites but continued through the key number to -7.5 at bet365. Dallas has gotten 67% of the early point spread wagers, as it is an NFL-best 8-3 ATS this season.

BetMGM is the only one of our best sportsbooks offering an O/U of 46.5, as all the other top sportsbooks are at 46. All line movement has gone in the direction of the Over, as it is up a half-point from opening numbers of 45.5 at FanDuel, DraftKings, and bet365. bet365 hit a high of 46.5 before coming back down a half-point. The early 3/1 betting splits favoring the Over align with the line movement. The Over has cashed in seven of the Cowboys’ 11 games, while the Seahawks have an O/U record of 5-6.
