Christian McCaffrey 2+ rushing touchdowns (+230 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐

Christian McCaffrey has only logged one game in 2023 when he didn’t score a touchdown, and he’s found the end zone multiple times in three of his past seven contests. The chances he goes bananas on Thanksgiving feel especially high considering the way the Seahawks have been playing defense in the red zone.

Only six teams have allowed more rushing touchdowns on a per-game basis than Seattle at 1.1. McCaffrey is the Niners’ best weapon in the red zone, so I look for Kyle Shanahan to base his offense around the workhorse in a game the Niners need to win to cement their divisional standing.

The value on this prop at bet365 (+180) or Caesars (+200) is reduced too far to take it at those books. We like the prices at DraftKings, BetMGM, and FanDuel, which offer CMC at +230 to score twice.

Samuel drew multiple rushing attempts in each of his three games preceding a Week 11 win against Tampa Bay, clearing a 10.5-yard rushing line each time. Deebo possesses the explosiveness to hit the Over here on a single play. I trust Shanahan to find the opportunity for one of his most versatile weapons to do exactly that on Thursday.

Although Samuel could be well-positioned for some receiving success, our Mike Spector outlines why his quarterback will struggle in his Brock Purdy prop picks.

We’re seeing the line at 10.5 rushing yards across all of our best sportsbooks, but the odds vary. The one to outright avoid is Caesars at -121 on the Over. The best odds come from bet365, which offers the Over at -110.

Tyler Lockett Over 4.5 receptions (-120 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

With Kenneth Walker banged up and questionable for the game, I’m not sure the Seahawks will enjoy much success while running the ball against the NFL's third-best run defense. That could mean an effort to lean on reliable pass-catchers in this rivalry game. And I believe that signals Tyler Lockett’s music.

Although it could be a close call on the yardage prop for Lockett against San Francisco's stout secondary, I like him to land five-plus receptions in this contest. Geno Smith will look to Lockett on key third downs, when the wideout can find soft spots in the defense to help sustain drives.

Avoid the odds of -140 or worse at both FanDuel and bet365. Steer yourselves toward DraftKings, BetMGM, or Caesars to play this prop at odds between -120 and -121.
