The Carolina Panthers visit the Chicago Bears in a battle of struggling teams on Week 10's Thursday Night Football, but we've made our Panthers vs. Bears NFL player props for Thursday Night Football based on the best TNF odds to keep you interested.

The highly-anticipated rookie quarterback Bryce Young, chosen as the No. 1 overall pick by the Carolina Panthers (1-7) in the 2023 draft, has fallen short of the team's performance expectations. As the season progressed through the first nine weeks, Young holds one of the league's lowest passer ratings at 77.1.

Meanwhile, the Chicago Bears (2-7) have faced losses in three of their last four games. Despite hoping for the return of quarterback Justin Fields this week, he remains medically uncleared to play due to a thumb injury. Rookie QB Tyson Bagent will likely make his fourth career start.

In conjunction with our Panthers vs. Bears prediction and our Panthers vs. Bears parlay, here are our best Panthers vs. Bears NFL player props for Thursday Night Football (NFL odds via our best NFL betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Panthers vs. Bears NFL player props: Thursday Night Football

Miles Sanders Under 20.5 rushing yards (+100 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Miles Sanders has taken a backseat to backfield mate Chuba Hubbard, who has carried the ball 50 times to the former Eagles’ running back’s 15 carries over the last three games. On top of a lack of opportunity, Carolina has struggled to move the ball on the ground this season, averaging just 96.3 yards per game. While Sanders does have five games with at least 21 rushing yards, he will have a tough time finding that kind of success against Chicago’s tough run defense.

The Bears are the fourth-best team in the league against the rush, giving up just 79.7 yards per game on the ground. They have only allowed two running backs to cross 20 rushing yards in the same game on three occasions this year. In addition, Chicago is only surrendering 3.3 yards per carry, making it challenging to break this mark on limited touches.

Montez Sweat Over 0.75 sacks (-125 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sweat registered 6.5 sacks in his eight games with the Washington Commanders before he was traded to the Bears. He had at least one sack in all but four of those games and was even credited with 1.5 sacks against his new teammate and quarterback, Justin Fields, in their head-to-head matchup earlier this season.

He will lead the charge against Bryce Young, who has been sacked 26 times this year — the fourth-most in the league. Young has been brought down behind the line of scrimmage at least four times in five of seven games this season.

Sweat does have 2.5 sacks against the Panthers in his two career games against Carolina. He’ll have plenty of opportunities to log his first as a Chicago Bear on Thursday Night.

Darnell Mooney to catch a pass in 1st Bears drive (+245 via DraftKings

Mooney has registered both the first target and the first catch of the game for the Bears over the last two weeks. In that span, Chicago has completed four of their five total pass attempts in its opening drive. Mooney has seen 15 targets with Tyson Bagent under center and has secured ten.

The veteran wideout has caught 20 of his 33 targets this season. He is currently the third-most-targeted pass catcher on the roster and has remained in that position despite Bagent at the helm of the offense.
