The defending NFC champion Philadelphia Eagles visit SoFi Stadium to face the Los Angeles Rams, as we share our top Eagles vs. Rams predictions based on the available NFL odds from our best sports betting apps.

The Philadelphia Eagles are out to a 4-0 start after topping the Washington Commanders in Week 4. However, while the Eagles sport the perfect record and have scored at least 25 points in each game, they also haven’t been pulling away from opponents with three of their wins being by only one possession.

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Rams are also coming off an overtime win. They squandered a 23-0 third-quarter lead before ultimately topping the Indianapolis Colts 29-23.

Can the Rams remain competitive against the reigning NFC champion Eagles in Week 5?

The Eagles have withstood everyone’s best shot thus far, but we believe their undefeated season could come to an end on Sunday. The Rams look like they’re going to get back one of the biggest playmakers in football, as Cooper Kupp has been activated off the IR.

Even without Kupp, this offense is clicking. It's averaging 411.3 yards per game, and it scored 23 or more in three of four contests. The Rams may be just 2-2, but they have played three road games, and two of their losses were to the San Francisco 49ers and a desperate Cincinnati Bengals team.

The Eagles are coming off a very emotional divisional win. The offense finally looked like itself, putting up 415 yards and 34 points in the win over the Commanders. However, the Eagles lost Cam Jurgens, a key part of their offensive line, and they now have to travel across the country to face a defense allowing 305.3 yards per game. That’s top 10 in the league.

This would have been a tough game for the Eagles if they were just facing Matthew Stafford, Puka Nacua, Kyren Williams, and Tutu Atwell. But with Kupp back, and with the Rams' defense playing at a high level, we like the underdogs to not only keep this within four, but potentially get the win.

The Eagles opened as 5.5-point road favorites, and even though only 53% of bettors are backing the Rams, the line has dropped to 4 at most of our best sports betting sites. Perhaps this is because the Eagles haven’t looked as dominant as expected this year, but we believe it is likely because Cooper Kupp is set to play Sunday. Don’t expect any key numbers to come into play but this could hit 3.5.

As for the total, the number opened at 49.5, and it has stayed there or gone up to 50. Roughly 70% of wagers back the Over at the moment, so we expect this number to go up if it moves at all.

However, sometimes when a number is this high, oddsmakers are reluctant to move it no matter how much support the Over gets.
