49ers vs. Bills SNF Prop Bets, Odds: Sunday Night Football

The Buffalo Bills host the desperate San Francisco 49ers on Sunday Night Football. Buffalo enters sitting fourth in the Super Bowl odds.
Brock Purdy seems likely to start on Sunday after getting in limited practice work all week. The latest Sunday Night Football odds have adjusted accordingly, with the Bills now the 6-point favorites. Will Purdy’s presence affect the best 49ers vs. Bills SNF prop bets?
Christian McCaffrey has been disappointing since returning from an injury, but can he take advantage of a mediocre Bills run defense? And what’s in store for Josh Allen and George Kittle during Sunday’s 8:20 p.m. ET (NBC/Peacock) game at Highmark Stadium?

Christian McCaffrey Over 60.5 rushing yards (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
The 49ers are just 1-2 since McCaffrey’s return, and the star running back has been held below 40 yards in two of his three games post-injury.
It may seem counterintuitive to take his Over with the Bills as the near-touchdown favorites. But this is a deceptively good matchup.
The Bills are allowing 119.1 rushing yards per game, the 14th-fewest in the NFL. However, they’re giving up 4.9 yards per carry, which is the fifth-most in the league.
McCaffrey has rushed at least 11 times in each of his games. The 49ers will remain competitive in this contest with Purdy expected to be back under center, which should mean even more carries for McCaffrey.
This total is set at 59.5 at two of our NFL prop betting sites. However, bet365 is offering a significantly better price for one additional yard, making it the best book for this wager.
Our Mike Spector is also eyeing McCaffrey to score as part of his NFL Week 13 player prop bets.

Josh Allen anytime touchdown scorer (+145) ⭐⭐⭐
The 49ers are allowing 1.5 rushing touchdowns per game, tied for the third-most in the NFL. They’ve given up an average of 2.0 per game over the last three weeks, and the team is about to take on an offense averaging 1.6 rushing touchdowns per outing.
I’d also recommend taking James Cook to score in this game because of all that. However, there's more value in backing Allen, as Cook’s price is listed at -110 or worse at all of our best sportsbooks. Allen has scored in two straight games, and he's tallied five rushing touchdowns this season.
Allen’s scores have come in four of the Bills’ five closest wins this season. With the 49ers mostly healthy, I expect this game to join those ranks. Additionally, this price from BetMGM is fantastic.
FanDuel is setting its price at +110, which gives this prop a nearly 7% greater chance of happening than BetMGM's odds. Roll with it for one of your NFL Week 13 predictions. I have more on this pick in my Josh Allen SNF player prop bets.

George Kittle Under 47.5 receiving yards (-113) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
The Bills held Travis Kelce to just two catches for eight yards two weeks ago. It was his only game over the last six weeks when he's totaled fewer than 60 yards. That performance wasn’t a fluke, as the Bills are allowing the ninth-fewest yards to tight ends this season.
Kittle has recorded at least 57 yards in six consecutive games, and he caught six passes for 82 yards last week with Brandon Allen under center. But he's logged two games with 45 or fewer yards this season, and I expect him to struggle in a horrible matchup.
Oddsmakers feel so good about the Bills’ defense that they're setting this number 9.5 yards lower than Kittle’s worst game in his last six tries. In fact, three of our four NFL parlay betting sites offering this prop are featuring the total at 46.5. While I’m confident in the Under, I’ll take the one extra yard from FanDuel.
Kittle might struggle, but Spector thinks another Niners pass-catcher will be productive in his 49ers vs. Bills prediction.
