It’s been a quiet first two playoff games for Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts, but that might all change when the Eagles take on the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. Read on for our favorite Jalen Hurts props for Super Bowl 57 based on the best NFL odds.

Jalen Hurts has yet to throw for 200 yards in a game this postseason. If you combine his two performances, he has thrown for just 275 yards. Of course, the Philadelphia Eagles haven’t needed him to do more than that as they have outscored their opponents 69-14 so far.

It’s unlikely that the Eagles’ defense will have the same type of success against the high-powered offense of the Kansas City Chiefs. So with a close, and perhaps, higher-scoring game in store, what does that mean for Hurts’ stat line?

Jalen Hurts Over 240.5 yards passing (-105) ⭐⭐⭐

This is a solid value play, but be careful when betting on Hurts’ passing yard line or adding it to a parlay. At the moment, DraftKings is offering him to hit 200 yards at -500. That is an outrageous price for a player that has thrown for over 200 yards just once since returning from injury and in just 11 of 17 games this season.

That being said, his passing yardage Over is the right play for a few reasons this week, but make sure to take a number Under 250 for a reasonable price. In the three games prior to his injury, Hurts threw for more than  300 yards in two of them. One of those games was against the Chicago Bears, whose pass defense is ranked just ahead of the Chiefs'.

While Hurts’ numbers since his injury haven’t been all that impressive, he also hasn’t had to do very much. Last week, he completed just two passes in the entire second half, but that is not going to be the case this weekend against Mahomes.

Jalen Hurts Over 20.5 completions (-125) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Last week, Hurts had 13 completions in the first half. While he ended the game with just 15 completions, the game script this week is going to be much different. Hurts has only cleared this number seven times this season and none of those games have come since his injury. However, if called upon to complete more passes, Hurts has shown that he is more than capable.

While his recent numbers may not give much confidence in this bet, they are all moot points. In the games where he has completed 21 or more passes, the Eagles have gone 7-0. Even if they don’t win this week, what this proves is that putting the ball in Hurts’ hands has been a recipe for success for the Eagles. 

Jalen Hurts 50+ rushing yards (-120) ⭐⭐⭐

On DraftKings, Hurts to rush for 50 or more yards is +100, but for him to go Over 50.5 yards, the price is -115. It doesn’t make a whole lot of sense, so again, be careful where you place your player prop bets.

Hurts has seen a high of 39 rushing yards in the three games since coming back from injury, but he has rushed the ball at least nine times in each game. This volume is going to remain consistent this week, as he is called upon to extend drives and plays with his legs again. With so many carries in his future, it's not hard to imagine him clearing 50 yards, and this price is very fair.

He has rushed for 50 or more yards in seven games this season. All but two of those occurrences came in one-score games. Sunday’s game should be a close one with both teams battle-tested. That should be enough to get Hurts over this number.
