Hurts scored 14 rushing touchdowns this season, most of which came thanks to the Brotherly Shove. He found the end zone in 10 of the 15 games Hurts appeared in this campaign, and the signal-caller scored multiple times in three contests.

The only reason this is a four-star play and not a five-star one is Hurts’ injury. Will the Eagles play it safer with their franchise quarterback as he returns from a concussion? I doubt it, as the Brotherly Shove has proven to be a safe play for Hurts throughout his career.

Getting this prop at +100 is remarkable, especially since Caesars is setting the price set at -135.

Hurts has been a touchdown machine this season, and although the Packers haven’t allowed a rushing touchdown in three consecutive games, no play has been more successful than the tush push.

Jalen Hurts Under 216.5 passing yards (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hurts threw for 290 yards against the Pittsburgh Steelers during the game before his injury. However, he recorded fewer than 180 yards in his three outings before that one. He's also thrown for fewer than 217 yards in five of his last seven appearances.

The passer threw for 278 yards during Week 1, but the Eagles have been running the ball more aggressively than any team since then. And while the Packers can be beaten through the air, they still finished the regular season ranked 13th leaguewide with just 215.2 passing yards allowed per game.

Jalen Hurts Under 9.5 rushing attempts ⭐⭐⭐⭐

While I don’t expect Hurts’ injury to prevent him from running the Brotherly Shove, I anticipate it limiting his scrambling attempts. Hurts has run the ball 10-plus times in eight games this season, but the Under here has also hit in seven outings. 

Hurts recorded 13 rushing attempts during Week 1 against the Packers, but he enjoyed very little success and totaled just 33 yards. I expect him to throw the ball away and protect himself If he’s unable to pick up significant yardage, as the Eagles simply cannot afford to lose him.

Though kneel-downs and the tush push could more than make up for Hurts’ lack of scrambling, I’ll back the Under ahead of a game when Hurts will likely be taking a different approach.
