Can the Dallas Cowboys win this important NFC East clash with the Philadelphia Eagles without Dak Prescott?
The Cowboys will turn to quarterback Cooper Rush, as we make the best Eagles vs. Cowboys prediction for Sunday’s 4:25 p.m. ET (CBS) game at AT&T Stadium. The Cowboys have lost three consecutive games, and without their starting quarterback, they will have a hard time stopping the skid against the red-hot Eagles.
The Eagles have won four games in a row to move to 6-2 on the season. As we continue our Week 10 NFL predictions, we wonder if they can they cover as seven-point favorites?

Cowboys sputter without Prescott
The Cowboys may have been good enough to win in past years without their starting quarterback. This is not one of those years.
With the 31st-ranked scoring defense, the offense needs to be able to score to give them a chance to win games. Rush must now try to keep pace against the ninth-ranked Eagles’ defense.
Even with Prescott under center, the Cowboys hadn't been doing anything particularly well. They ranked just 15th in yards per game, 20th in points per game, and 31st in rushing yards per game. The entire offense was built around the pass, which ranks fourth in the league entering Sunday. With Rush at quarterback, the team will have much less success in the passing attack, and they don’t have anywhere to turn as a backup plan.
Barkley Leads Eagles to Victory
The Cowboys allow 147.8 rushing yards per game this season, the third-worst mark in the league. This week, they take on the second-best rushing offense in the league. The Eagles are averaging 174.8 rushing yards per game, and Saquon Barkley has three consecutive 100-yard games.
Nothing favors the Cowboys on Sunday.
Even with Prescott, they lost two games by at least 25 points. Look for them to lose by multiple scores again on Sunday. Caesars and bet365 have the spread set at -7.5, and they’re both asking -105 for the Eagles to cover. While that is worth considering, taking this right at the key number for -112 is the best play and allows for a push.

Saquon Barkley Over 90.5 rushing yards (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Is this a trap?
After running for 159 yards last week against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Barkley’s total is just 90.5 yards against the third-worst run defense in football. It doesn’t make sense, especially considering the Cowboys have allowed an average of 169.0 rushing yards per game in their last three contests.
Barkley has five 100-yard rushing games this season, and he’s topped this number six times. He’s only gone for fewer than 84 yards once all year. In a game that the Eagles should win from start to finish, this number should be set at 100 yards or more.
BetMGM is offering Over 85.5 rushing yards for -115. This is worth considering, but I’m so confident in Barkley hitting this number that I’m taking him at a better price for five extra yards.
