A lot of the Lakers vs. Nuggets NBA player props are leaning Under, and I do think it's related to the fact that it's Opening Night and bettors are ready to fire on these player props. For the most part, they are going to bet what they want to see, which is Overs on popular players.
Pinnacle, one of the most respected trading teams in sports betting, has the Under 26.5 points priced at -144 for Jokic, but at bet365, it's available at -115.

I'm going to highlight the assists market for Curry because we have different totals and varying juice in this market. The projection I have for Curry is 6.2 assists, which allows us to price the Over 5.5 assists at -134 and the Over 6.5 assists at +137.
When you look at the oddsboard, you can see you do have an edge in this prop at bet365, which has the Over 5.5 assists trading at -125. Other than that specific number, there isn't much you can do in this market.

Bradley Beal has been ruled out for the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday, causing major adjustments to the player props for Kevin Durant and Devin Booker as the remaining two members of the Suns' Big Three. The market still hasn't settled on the updated prices for Durant, but when it was assumed Beal was playing, his points total was trading at 25.5. With Beal ruled out, we have seen it jump by six points to 31.5 points.
Durant will be fired up for his return to Golden State, but I think the market is overadjusting due to the Beal news because our best sportsbooks anticipate being flooded with Over money on Durant. So if I were looking for a Durant bet, I would lean toward the Under 31.5 (-120) via DraftKings. I think this total will settle at 30.5 for Durant.
