Patrick Mahomes' injury has greatly impacted the odds for the Kansas City Chiefs and Cincinnati Bengals' game on Sunday. Here is our NFL odds analysis for the AFC Championship Game.

The Cincinnati Bengals (14-4) have had the number of the Kansas City Chiefs (15-3) during recent matchups, with Cincinnati getting a home win over Kansas City earlier this season. There was also last year’s AFC Championship Game, when the Bengals vaulted into the Super Bowl.

As part of our NFL Conference Championships odds analysis we also break down the 49ers vs. Eagles NFC Championship odds.

The Chiefs were the class of the AFC in 2022-23, boasting the best winning percentage in the conference. But Patrick Mahomes' ankle injury has seemingly opened the door for a letdown in Kansas City.

Here are the best NFL odds for the AFC Championship round matchup featuring the Bengals and Chiefs via our best sportsbooks.

The Bengals have been among the league’s best performers from a betting perspective while going 13-5 ATS, which includes an NFL-best 8-2 road ATS record. Cincinnati has covered during five out of seven opportunities as an away favorite in 2022-23.
