Bills -8.5 to -2.5
I’ve got the Bills slotted in as my No. 1 Survivor pick for Week 2, and I’m anticipating quarterback Josh Allen and the offense enjoying far more success against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday.
Traveling east for a 1 p.m. ET game with Bills Mafia unhinged following a Week 1 loss is going to be a tough schedule spot for Vegas. That factor has already been weighed into this spread, but that’s why we’re paying the juice to move the number.
Buffalo isn’t going 0-2, and teasing this spread should eliminate a potential backdoor cover.
49ers -7.5 to -1.5
I’m viewing the 49ers as a huge uptick in class for the Los Angeles Rams. Los Angeles head coach Sean McVay snuck up on the Seattle Seahawks in Week 1, and the Rams' defense capitalized on two injuries along Seattle's offensive line.
San Francisco isn’t going to provide the same luxury. The Niners are superior on both sides of the football, and we can slide this spread all the way down to -1.5.

Shopping for the best odds and lines is paramount for teaser selections. FanDuel and BetMGM charge a higher vig for the luxury of moving the line six points, and you’ll want to steer clear of those two sportsbooks unless the juice is adjusted.
For comparison, the -120 odds available through DraftKings, Caesars, and bet365 present a positive expected value of 4% and 5% over the respective numbers at BetMGM and FanDuel.
It’s also important to note that BetMGM is offering Buffalo at -9.5 as of Friday morning. So we can't dip below the key number of three with a six-point teaser through that sportsbook, either.
