Week 16's Thursday night matchup features two teams still in the AFC playoff picture. Here are our best Thursday Night Football NFL prop picks based on the top odds.

The Jacksonville Jaguars have won four of their last six games and are a game back of the Tennessee Titans for the lead in the AFC South. Meanwhile, the New York Jets have lost five of their last seven contests and are right on the playoff bubble.

Jacksonville has found a nice rhythm as of late, scoring nine touchdowns over the last two weeks. The Jaguars average 2.7 total touchdowns per game this season. This prop is priced as it is largely due to a Jets defense that is allowing an average of just two touchdowns per game this season. However, Jacksonville crossed the goal line five times against the Dallas Cowboys last week and they are allowing the third fewest touchdowns per outing.

The Jets have fallen on hard times as of late, scoring just four total touchdowns in their last three games. Despite posting 22 points against the Minnesota Vikings three weeks ago, only seven of them game by way of a touchdown. Overall, the Jets are scoring only two touchdowns per game this season.

Evan Engram anytime touchdown + Jaguars ML (+500) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Something has clicked between Trevor Lawrance and his tight end over the last three weeks. Evan Engram has accounted for three of his quarterback’s eight touchdown passes in that span. He has had at least 10 targets in his last two outings which leads his team. The Jets have allowed two touchdowns to opposing tight ends this season. However, both have come in their last two games.

Jacksonville enters this week riding the momentum of back-to-back wins against the Tennessee Titans and Cowboys. This week, they face a team that has dropped three straight games and are scrambling to regain their early season success. The Jaguars have won two of the last three meetings between these two teams.

The line for an Engram anytime touchdown on its own is +310 with a Jags ML win set at +100 on FanDuel. Bundling them gives you a 50-point boost.

Josh Allen Over 0.75 sacks (+135) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Jaguars defense has been on a tear lately, registering 10 sacks over their last four games. Josh Allen has gotten in on the action, dropping both Dak Prescott and Ryan Tannehill in his last two games. The Jags’ linebacker has five sacks on the season and is tied for the team lead in that category.

He will find little resistance in his path to Zach Wilson this week. The Jets have allowed 35 sacks this season. Wilson has absorbed 20 of them, including four each in his last two outings. Jacksonville managed one sack on Wilson in his only other career game against them.
