Here's why I am predicting the Rams to cover the spread:
The Chargers have been rolling this preseason, with dominant victories over the Lions (34-7) and Saints (27-13). However, they're just 3-7 against the spread in their last 10 home preseason games. While this isn't technically a home game for Jim Harbaugh and Co., they're playing at SoFi Stadium, so we'll count it. Sean McVay has some veterans at his disposal that could keep this one closer than the line suggests.

The Buccaneers had won just 33% of their preseason games since 2013 before the current campaign began. However, after an impressive showing in Week 1, I'm not betting against Todd Bowles' men. Instead, I'll play the Over, which is hitting at a rate of 89% at the time of writing. These teams combined to score 60 points last week while allowing 31 - prepare the scoreboards at Acrisure Stadium.
