Both the San Francisco 49ers and Jacksonville Jaguars enjoyed a bye week ahead of Sunday’s clash, and one of our top 49ers vs. Jaguars NFL player props for Week 10 features San Francisco running back Christian McCaffrey. We search for the best NFL odds from our best NFL prop betting sites when making our NFL picks.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are seeking a sixth straight victory. They have won six consecutive contests once in their history (1999).

Meanwhile, the San Francisco 49ers, who started the season with an impressive 5-0 record and an average of 33.4 points per game, have recently faced a downturn with three consecutive losses. Their offensive output has notably declined, as they've scored only 17 points in each of their last three games. Despite this, the 49ers have a favorable history against Jacksonville, having won their last four matchups with an average margin of victory of 20 points. This history of success against Jacksonville provides a glimmer of optimism for the 49ers as they seek to reverse their recent struggles and return to winning form.

With these two teams slotting in near the top of the Super Bowl odds lists, this is definitely one of the most intriguing matchups in Week 10.

Head over to our NFL Week 10 predictions and Week 10 best bets, along with our Week 10 NFL props and Trevor Lawrence prop predictions to accompany our best San Francisco 49ers vs. Jacksonville Jaguars NFL player props for Week 10 (odds via our best NFL betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

49ers vs. Jaguars NFL player props: Week 10

Christian McCaffrey anytime touchdown scorer (-185 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Few things are certain in the NFL, but a Christian McCaffrey touchdown for the 49ers is one of them. A touchdown on Sunday will take the 49ers running back to 18 consecutive games with a TD score, breaking the all-time NFL record.

He has rushed for over 66.5 yards in half of his games this season and scored at least one rushing touchdown in seven outings. McCaffrey is also a threat through the air, with 292 receiving yards and four touchdown receptions this season.

Trevor Lawrence Over 15.5 rushing yards (-110 Caesars) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jags quarterback Trevor Lawrence is a sneaky good runner. After the Jaguars’ Week 4 win over the Atlanta Falcons at Wembley Stadium in London, where Lawrence had rushed for 41 yards, Jags tight end Evan Engram talked to me about how great an athlete his quarterback is and told me that he [Lawrence] should run more with the ball. Lawrence followed that performance up with 31 yards on the ground, again in London, against the Buffalo Bills.

With the 49ers' pass rush bearing down on him, Lawrence may have to rely on his legs this weekend. Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow managed over 15 rushing yards against the Niners in Week 8, and there will be opportunities for the Jaguars’ signal-caller to run with the football on Sunday.

George Kittle Over 35.5 receiving yards (-114 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐

49ers tight end George Kittle is averaging 55.4 receiving yards per game this season, which is well over the line for this play. He registered 149 yards in his last outing and had 78 receiving yards the week before that. He has put up over 39.5 receiving yards in four of eight games this year and comes up against a Jags defense that gives up 263.5 receiving yards per game. This ranks 30th in the NFL.
