The New York Knicks showcased their prowess by securing back-to-back victories against the struggling Washington Wizards and Charlotte Hornets, both teams lower in the standings. Their winning streak encountered a setback when they clashed with the first-place Minnesota Timberwolves, suffering a significant defeat that halted their momentum.
The Miami Heat are one of the hottest teams in the Association, with nine wins in their last 10 games, including two straight victories by at least 18 points over the Chicago Bulls and Cleveland Cavaliers. The Heat are 6-4 on the road, while the Knicks are 3-2 at home.

Jalen Brunson Over 24.5 points (+115 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brunson is averaging a career-best 24.2 points per game in his second season with the Knicks, and that prolific scoring is mainly due to his three-point shooting. The Heat allow the ninth-most threes to opponents and the seventh-highest three-point percentage.

Bam Adebayo Under 10.5 rebounds (-130 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Adebayo is averaging a career-best 10.2 rebounds per game this season, and he’s pulled down at least 11 rebounds in seven of 13 games. He’s hit this mark in six of his last eight, so why are we taking the Under?
The Knicks comfortably lead the Association in fewest rebounds allowed to opponents with a paltry 47.4 overall and 47.6 at home. R.J. Barrett Over 16.5 points (-105 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
This season, Barrett is averaging career-highs in points (20.8) and three-pointers (2.7). He’s posting those numbers with career-best efficiency, shooting 45.4% from the floor, 83.3% from the charity stripe, and 49% from beyond the arc. After two lackluster showings, his points prop is depressed and mispriced for Friday’s matchup with the Heat.
Barrett missed three games due to migraines and scored 14 and 15 points in two games since returning. Before the trio of absences, he scored at least 17 points in six of seven games. Over the last two seasons, he’s faced the Heat seven times and scored at least 17 points in six contests. Like Brunson, Barrett should have no problem taking advantage of Miami’s generous perimeter defense.
