Well, everyone will be happy to know I didn't place today. I have a top 10 stack and get KK first to act and I raise. Next guy allins and 2 people call; last guy (Ireland) very slight re-reraises allin, which prevents me from re-re-reraising allin. 10 2 2 flop. I allin and the other 2 call. I have everyone covered except for one guy who flips up A10. Ireland has AA and another guy has QQ. The one and only remaining A hits on the turn busting me and putting Ireland into a massive lead, and keeping the A10 donkey strong. (Calling a 5 way allin with a10 almost certainly means you need at least 2p to win - in this case more - and thus is a horrid play.) Had the A/10 not hit, I would have still had a decent stack since I had Ireland covered by a significant margin. Will Ireland hold on? Only time will tell

Only 44 in the 10 PM tonight. Very odd. That one used to fill up every time.

Maybe some people were only playing until they got a seat in the WSOP qualifier?

The 10 pm does usually fill up, so I think it was just random that it didn't yesterday. That said, the daily entries are definitely on a downward trend. It is almost certain that some people have stopped playing now that they are qualified. Perhaps others have given up on qualifying.

finished 22nd. Got up early, but then got slowly drained as kept passing on calling raises. A few times I would've benefited by calling. Just got hit with the bb of 300, so had to call a raise with Q10 because I only had 300 more left.

Frustrating when you just don't get good hands. I had zero good opening hands. Best were 66 and QJ (or A+lower card).

Saw wiggums bury a guy who had AA. wiggums called with JJ, and two Js hit.

Bad luck today, would consistently get a mid range PP like 10/10 or 8/8 and someone would raise a good amount pre-flop and I would call then the flop would come like A-J-Q......horrible flops. Busted out like 19th or something when I got tired of seeing the flops and raised all in with QQ and of course someone had KK and called.

Yah, 10pm just went to 10 and none of our ppl are left.

I actually didn't have a very good tourney. I only won one hand of note before the final 10 (doubling when my a8 big blind flopped 2 pair), but when only 39 enter it is a little easier to survive till top 10. After it went to 10, I managed to double up, gain some more chips, and then should have doubled again when some donkey called my allin with a8. Alas, the 8 hit on the turn busting my A10.

Quite a lot of point earned this week by our group. I think the fields are definitely getting easier. They are smaller, for sure, and I suspect that many of the decent players who aren't in this contest have stop playing once they qualified. Thus, we have smaller fields with on average weaker players, causing more placement by our group. Or, it could have just been random variation.

May 30th and 31st will count, leaving 7 days left correct? Also, a few people besides myself should have a (1) next to their name now.

I was chip leader for like 5 hands then All in'd 12k chips against a guy with 9k chips with Top Pair top kicker to get hosed by a guy who set mined 2's. Left me crippled & redundantly I cost myself 500 points by going out in 7th. More shamefully this was the day 4uk placed 1st.... I've contemplated this many times before but I think once I'm done paying down south back. I'm done with SBR. Funny to just go pro only to want out.
