Thaddeus killed my run. I had the second or third highest stack, and then it sent me to his table and I busted out fairly quickly. Over 9,000 chips.

naz, I managed to build it up in basically two hands:

1)I called that lunatic who kept all-ining with garbage. He had hawk in his name. I folded to him like 6 times or so, biding my time.

2)Someone all-ined before my position and I had AA.

With my micro stack, I had nothing to gain by allining so I figured I'd try and fold my way up a place unless I got a premium hand. It worked. Had I been playing only for 1st or something I would have allined a bit earlier and won that hand (based on the cards that came), but would have busted at the exact same time since I would have still only had 2bb or so when my blind came around and I wouldn't have folded it.

yes you offended me Thadd, And I'm wondering man what do you have against me? I said hello to you at start no reply.. I got beat you gave the guy a NH. You remained silent the entire rest of the time we were at the table. No NH's, no Hello's, nothing. How else should I take this?

No offense was intended, it was merely coincidental. I don't have the chat log or anything, but I'm quite sure I had say some sort of hello, as I remember seeing your hello and replying. I actually thought it was kind of weird you never said anything else after I said hello, so I assume you never saw it for whatever reason. (software goof?) If I didn't say "nh" again for awhile, it was merely because I wasn't paying attention during any big pots.

None of the tournaments filled yesterday, and the 1 PM had only 51, getting upset by the 3 PM (58) for maybe the first time this month.

Alright, confusions happen. I was only upset because I try to be cordial with everyone and had no idea why you'd suddenly act like that. Software glitches happen. SIN man your a true joy to have around. Your respectful, honest, and a very good player no matter how you downplay it. I always enjoy you at the tables.

i m glad all has been clear up, you are a good player and person as well as Thad.
Having found souch a nice group of players is not easy, and more important , the quality of people.
I would like to meet many of you in one oportunity or another.
Just in case, i have the intention to participae in the Bash this year.

I wanted to go this year, but when they switched it to Costa Rica, that really removed the possibility of my presence.

I have a passport, but going to Costa Rica does not appeal to me.

It would also be very expensive, even if I had gotten on the list to be reimbursed (it's only up to $300).

Its about end of Month so wanted to start gauging interest for nexts months contest.

Also, what did we decide about the extra days next month. 31st is on A Tuesday. are we counting Wednesday , Thursday and Friday

The month ends on the 31st, so anything after that should be part of the next one. Assuming I win points (almost certain), please keep enough for my next entry fee when you do the payouts. Also keep 10 points for yourself for doing the bookkeeping - you've done a great job.

I would like to see the payout structure changed to 50/30/20 rather than 60/30/10 assuming the entries is about the same. If it is substantially more, I'd do top 5: 40/25/15/10/10

Thats fine. I am working up June Contest now. Did not realize that we had most of month to play with. For some reason thought it ended like the 14th or something.

I was gonna do a top 4 or 5 paid if I get over 20 contestants. Hopefully get a little better turnout this month as we had several people pop in and say they would have played had they known.

To not make the top 3, you'd have to be passed by both yisman and downsouth. Possible, but not likely with only 2 tournaments left for them and 3 for you. To secure 2nd place, though, you'll most likely need some more points. Heck, I need a few more to feel secure about 1st place.

Think my luck has run out and I'm playing like crap. First 3 hands crippled me, I got AJ, AK, and AK. Called raises and couldn't hit anything, didn't think I could bluff and was beat anyway so folded. No hands after that. Here's to hoping Yisman and downsouth don't cash next week.
