The San Francisco 49ers host the Dallas Cowboys at Levi’s Stadium to conclude the Divisional Round on Sunday night. Read on for our NFL odds analysis for the Cowboys vs. 49ers matchup.

The fourth and final game of the NFL Playoffs Divisional Round is an NFC showdown between Dallas (No. 5 seed) and San Francisco (No. 2 seed) on Sunday evening.

Last week, the Cowboys (11-7 ATS, 9-9 O/U) cruised to a blowout win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Despite being on the road and only going off as a short betting favorite, Dallas dominated from the onset in a 17-point victory.

As for the 49ers (12-6 ATS, 10-8 O/U), things didn’t come quite as easily. San Francisco actually trailed the Seattle Seahawks at halftime of their Wild Card Round matchup. The Niners were able to settle in and pull away in the second half to both win the game and cover the NFL betting spread.

While some sportsbooks are requiring bettors to lay north of two dollars on the 49ers, shopping the odds will reveal more favorable numbers. Currently, the -190 at Caesars Sportbook is by far the best value available on the home favorite. 

As for the underdog Cowboys, several books are listing them at +160 or +165. The best destination for those wanting to support Dallas is FanDuel Sportsbook, which sits at +168.

The point spread for this Divisional Round matchup first opened with the 49ers priced as a 4-point favorite. Many shops went down to -3.5 before returning to -4. However, FanDuel remains at -3.5, though you'll pay -115 to back the favorites. PointsBet (-110) and DraftKings (-115) also have the 49ers -3.5 available.
