At long last, the worst-kept secret in the NFL is out - Aaron Rodgers is heading to the Pittsburgh Steelers on a one-year deal. He provides Pittsburgh with its most stable presence under center since Ben Roethlisberger retired in January 2022.

Rodgers is a long shot to win his fifth NFL MVP award, which would tie Peyton Manning for the most in league history. He was trading at +12500 via BetMGM before being linked to Pittsburgh, but that number is now down to +8000.

This might seem like a value play for the individual with the second-most MVP trophies in NFL history, especially since he took home back-to-back awards just a few years ago in 2020-21. However, Rodgers' yards and touchdowns have dipped in his last two full campaigns, with his interceptions skyrocketing.

The 41-year-old looks like a shell of his former self. Father Time has seemingly caught up to Rodgers, and for that reason, we wouldn't recommend taking a flier on any of his futures.
