Take away the top 4 Alaskan Cities and Houston is 4th. We’re 8th largest land mass including Alaskas mega cities.

But that is just the city of Houston. If you include the suburbs including The Woodlands-Sugar Land the metro area is 9500 square miles which is ridiculous. Nothing comes close to that land wise in the US. Sitka Alaska is 2800 square miles by comparison. It is not unusual to drive from one end to the next. Population wise this city is exploding. 10,000 new people a month. We’re about to overtake Chicago as number 3 any year now.

In the last 3 years I hired the top 25-30 leading Hydrogen experts in the world. They all are in the US. If we don’t get them Europe and Asia will get them. I'm not sure I believe in TENS OF MILLIONS coming into the country. I would see that here in Texas. I'm mixed on the subject. I blame both parties, especially the Republicans who have turned this issue into one of hate and division. They both need to come together and come up with solutions. There isn't an easy solution. I will keep telling you that we indeed need illegals in this country to do the shit jobs our own people won't do. If you think inflation is high now, get rid off every illegal tomorrow. There's also different shades of illegal. You need to understand status and everything is not so black and white. I don't like anyone breaking laws. But some of the immigration laws may need to be adjusted. We may need more temporary status for people to work. I do not have the solution on how to fix the southern border. It's been a problem for at least 50 years now. I do know that criminalizing people, especially young children is not the solution.

I think the US has to be strategic. Identify certain countries that we can help build up their infrastructure and stability, so that their people wouldn't want to leave their country. But you better make sure you have enough people to work here.
