The player was solicited via telephone by a sales agent of LegendSportsbook, however the player was led to believe he would be depositing with A+ rated Legends. LegendSportsbook is actually a skin of RDG Corp. books, which power Bet33 and AmericasBookie among others.

AmericasBookie (SBR rating D+) management addresses the payout dispute reported by SBR on March 27th, 2012. SBR was told that the book recently upgraded to a new software build, and that the player has been sent a cheque for the requested $5,000. The player's original request was made on March 6th.

An AmericasBookie (SBR rating D+) player submits a payment complaint. The player states that he requested a withdrawal on March 6th for $5,000. He tells SBR that after three days the funds were not removed from his account. The player followed up with AmericasBookie management, and was told that the funds would be docked from the account on March 12th, then sent out via a processing method within four days. The player states that AmericasBookie did not remove the funds until March 13th, and when the funds were removed no tracking information was provided (as promised). The player was told he would have the number by the end of the week. When the end of the week arrived, no tracking information nor payment had been received. The player called again on March 23rd and was provided no information on the status of his payment.
AmericasBookie players with legitimate payment feedback are asked to write to SBR.

Player: After hearing about how good Legendz was and that you gave it an A+ rating I decided to join. I went to LegendsSportsbook.com and sent 250 bucks! It wasnt until 2 week later when i tried to get there from SBROdds did i realize they were two different websites! I checked the rating guide and realised a scammer has my money.
Robbie, formerly of defunct Apex Sports (SBR rating F) is operating legendsportsbook.com which has attracted bettors looking for the real Legendz (SBR rating A+). SBR has warned players since 2006 of LasPalmasSportsbook.com after readers reported depositing in what they believed to be LasPalmas (SBR rating B-). Bettors should also beware of OceanSportsbook (SBR rating F) and AmericasBookie (SBR rating F). Both are part of this network of scam sites.

Robbie McPhail is operating LegendSportsbook.com which has attracted bettors looking for the real Legendz (SBR rating A-). SBR warned players in March of Mr. McPhail’s LasPalmasSportsbook.com after readers reported depositing in what they believed to be LasPalmas (SBR rating C). Bettors should also beware of OceanSportsbook (SBR rating F) and AmericasBookie (SBR rating F). Both are part of this network of scam sites and are spamming email lists offering large bonuses.
