The Baltimore Ravens and Dallas Cowboys aren't happy with their starts, with the Ravens even more desperate after two straight defeats.

The 1-1 Cowboys were humiliated 44-19 at home by the New Orleans Saints in Week 2, with glaring issues defending the run coming to the fore.

While those concerns form the bedrock of our Ravens vs. Cowboys prop bets, we also dive into Dallas' anemic ground attack.

Despite seeing their Super Bowl odds decrease, the Ravens are the slight road favorites at our best NFL betting sites.

The below prop picks are part of our NFL Week 3 predictions

Ravens vs. Cowboys NFL player prop bets: Sunday

Rico Dowdle Under 28.5 rushing yards (-110)

The Cowboys have the fourth-worst run offense, according to PFF. That doesn't bode well for them or Dowdle, especially against the Ravens' third-best defensive line.

Dowdle has averaged 28 rushing yards per game through two games on 7.5 carries.

While that average is close to the 29-yard threshold required to hit the Over, Dowdle will face the sixth-ranked run defense.

Due to their worst-ranked run defense, the Cowboys will want to force the Ravens into a more pass-heavy offense, which requires securing an early lead.

That should force Mike McCarthy into a more aggressive game plan. The -110 odds will yield a $9.09 profit on a winning $10 bet.

Best odds: -110 via bet365 | Implied probability: 52.38%

Odafe Oweh 1+ sack (+110)

While the Cowboys have the ninth-ranked offensive line, offensive tackles Tyler Guyton and Terence Steele struggled mightily against the Saints, allowing 11 pressures.

They will most likely be tasked, probably with help on some plays, to stop Oweh, who has three sacks and nine stops and is the 13th-ranked edge defender in the NFL (89.9)

I'm banking on the mismatch allowing Oweh to add to his sack total. The +110 odds will profit $11 if he gets at least one sack.

Best odds: +110 via bet365 | Implied probability: 47.62%

Derrick Henry Over 66.5 rushing yards (-114)

Henry has had a mixed start to his Ravens' tenure.

He had 46 yards on 13 carries in the opener against the Kansas City Chiefs and followed that up with 84 yards on 13 attempts versus the Las Vegas Raiders.

The Chiefs and Raiders have the 16th and 32nd-ranked run defenses, respectively.

While the Ravens' offense has taken flack for being too predictable, Henry should be able to dictate proceedings against a Dallas defense that ranks 29th in rushing yards allowed before contact.

Henry is one of the NFL's best backs at gaining yards after contact, providing an advantage on two fronts.

He should finally be able to get up to top speed more often than not before meeting resistance. That should allow him to bulldoze his way past the required 67 yards.

A winning $10 bet at FanDuel will profit $8.77.
