Lions vs. Cardinals Player Props, Odds: Harrison Breakout to Continue
The Arizona Cardinals cruised to a victory over the Los Angeles Rams last week and look to build on that momentum against a Detroit Lions club that stumbled against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in their second game of the season.
As part of a wild Week 2 in the NFL, the Cardinals picked up an impressive 41-10 win over their division rivals.
Our Lions vs. Cardinals player props anticipate another solid showing from some of the emerging stars from both teams this week. And though we're not betting on Kyler Murray, we expect him to have a big game, which Mike Spector touched on in his NFL predictions and best bets for Week 3.
Our best sports betting sites have the Lions favored by a field goal, which means this should be a closely contested matchup. It profiles as one of the more exciting games we looked at with our NFL Week 3 predictions.

Marvin Harrison Jr. 80+ receiving yards (+180) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Last week, the Cardinals decimated the Rams, with Harrison contributing 130 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
His performance showed he's the top passing option for Murray, who targeted his new favorite wideout a team-high eight times against the Rams. The rookie receiver enters Sunday’s game with the second-most targets (11) through two games behind tight end Trey McBride (15).
The Lions have shut down opposing ground attacks so far, surrendering just 76.5 rushing yards per game this season, tied for the third-best in the league. I like the opportunity this provides for another solid outing for Harrison and the Arizona passing game.
Wide receivers have benefited from their team’s inability to run the ball against the Detroit defense. As a group, opposing wideouts are averaging 55.75 receiving yards per game. At least one has eclipsed the 80-yard mark in each of the Lion’s first two games.
Best odds: +180 via DraftKings | Implied probability: 35.71%
Jahmyr Gibbs Over 3.5 receptions (+112) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Gibbs accounts for 16% of Jared Goff’s pass attempts this season. He sit as the third-most-targeted pass catcher (13) in Detroit and has the second-most receptions (11) behind only Amon-Ra St. Brown.
The second-year back out of Alabama has already covered this prop in each of his first two games. In six games during his rookie season, Gibbs snagged at least four receptions, adding two more such games in the postseason.
Last week, Rams running back Kyren Williams secured four of his five targets against the Cardinals. Running backs in general averaged 4.7 receptions per game against Arizona last year.
Best odds: +112 via Caesars | Implied probability: 47.17%

Jared Goff Under 0.5 interceptions thrown (-105) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Goff has already thrown three interceptions in his first two games this season. That number doesn’t sound promising for a bet on the Under here.
However, the Cardinals defense has yet to pick off an opposing quarterback this season. In fact, Arizona has three passes defended this year. The Cardinals are allowing the seventh-highest completion percentage (74%) in the league on top of that.
In his career, Goff has thrown just three interceptions in nine games against the Cardinals and hasn’t completed a pass to the opposition in his last five meetings with Arizona.
DraftKings is offering -115 for the Under here while Caesars is giving you -109. You’ll get a slightly larger return with BetMGM where your $10 wager will get you $9.52 back in profit.
Best odds: -105 via BetMGM | Implied probability: 51.22%
