Our Shedeur Sanders player prop bets believe the talented quarterback will clear 1,000 passing yards on the season when Colorado hosts Baylor for the Big 12 opener on Saturday.

OK, you caught me. That feat is a given, considering Sanders has thrown for 999 yards during a 2-1 start for Colorado.

However, I do wonder if our best sports betting sites have inflated Sanders' lines this weekend after he put up impressive numbers against inferior competition. I asked the same question in my Baylor vs. Colorado player prop bets.

Dave Aranda’s Baylor Bears (2-1) can slow down Sanders, which we outlined in our Baylor vs. Colorado prediction and Big 12 predictions.

This serves as one of the marquee games of our college football Week 4 predictions.

Shedeur Sanders Under 308.5 passing yards (-117) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sanders cleared this mark against Colorado State (310) and North Dakota State (445) but was held to 244 yards in a 28-10 loss to Nebraska.

Baylor’s defense should be rated closer to Nebraska than the other two teams, particularly with Aranda on the opposing sideline.

The Bears rank seventh in the nation in EPA per play allowed, thanks to the seventh-best passing success rate in the sport.

In addition, the weather forecast doesn’t bode well for much of an air attack. As of this writing, there is a 90% chance of precipitation.

Thanks to a modest protection of 275 passing yards, I’m confident in this Under as a five-star pick. This prop is trading as low as 301.5 at FanDuel

Shedeur Sanders Under 2.5 touchdown passes (-145) ⭐⭐⭐

Sanders has tossed nine touchdowns through three games. He has cleared this mark with four-touchdown efforts in two games.

But I’m reminded of what happened last year.

Sanders started the season with a pair of four-score outings, only to finish below this touchdown prop in six of his eight games in conference play. Big 12 defenses will be more vulnerable this year, but this -145 price for the Under is worth jumping on.

Shedeur Sanders Under 0.5 interceptions (+114) ⭐⭐⭐

After cashing this ticket last weekend, I will continue to bet against Sanders throwing an interception at a plus-money price.

Sanders was picked off in back-to-back games to start the year, but taking care of the ball isn’t an issue for him. PFF has credited him with one turnover-worthy throw all year after having nine such plays last season.

A $10 bet nets an excellent $11.40 payout for Sanders to keep doing what he does best.
