The Colorado Buffaloes (2-1) return to the Big 12 on Saturday when they host the Baylor Bears (2-1), and it'll mark the program’s first Big 12 game since 2010.

In some ways, this matchup might be the perfect litmus test for Deion Sanders’ Buffaloes in their first season back in the conference.

Meanwhile, the Bears are coming off a 3-9 campaign last year, but head coach Dave Aranda’s defense can make life difficult for Colorado’s pass-happy offense. We dove into that as part of our Week 4 Big 12 predictions and Baylor vs. Colorado prediction.

We have three tasty player props for this showdown as part of our college football Week 4 predictions.

Shedeur Sanders Under 308.5 passing yards (-117) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My favorite bet from my Shedeur Sanders player props is fading an inflated passing line for the talented Colorado quarterback.

Sanders easily cleared this line in the opener, throwing for 445 yards against North Dakota State. After throwing for 244 against Nebraska, Sanders finished with 310 yards on 49 attempts against Colorado State last weekend.

But the Bears have fared well on the defensive end this year, ranking seventh in passing success rate. The conditions might also favor the visitors, as there is a 90% chance of rain as of this writing.

Either way, my projection of 275 yards shows plenty of value on this Under. The market has already pushed this line down since opening at 312.5, so don’t be surprised to see it move below 300 ahead of kickoff.

We offered even more props for the quarterback with our Shedeur Sanders player prop bets.

Jimmy Horn Jr. Under 58.5 receiving yards (-115) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If Sanders doesn’t throw for as much in Week 4, at least one of his receivers will finish with a worse day than expected. My favorite pick of the bunch is Jimmy Horn Jr.

I actually backed Horn in Week 1, his best game thus far. He caught seven passes for 198 yards. Horn hasn’t cleared 26 yards in his two games since then.

More than that, Horn hasn’t caught more than four passes in either of his last two contests.

With a projection closer to 40 yards, BetMGM offers plenty of value on this Under, especially when the rest our best sports betting sites trade the same prop as low as 53.5.

Dawson Pendergrass Over 24.5 rushing yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐

Honestly, I didn’t expect to be on this prop.

Baylor running back Dawson Pendergrass opened with a rushing line of 41.5 at FanDuel. I would have bet the Under at that number, but our best sports betting apps moved this line low enough that I want to buy back on the Over. And that’s the beauty of betting numbers.

The Bears have had a near-even split in the backfield between Richard Reese and Pendergrass, with the former having five more carries and four more snaps than the latter this season.

So, why is Reese’s rushing line nearly 20 yards higher than Pendergrass?

I think that’s wrong, and I’m willing to take advantage on a day when Baylor might need to run the ball more.
