Either Clemson or Florida State claimed 11 of the last 12 ACC football championships dating back to 2011. The Clemson Tigers have been responsible for most lately, with the 2022 title marking their seventh league crown in the last eight years.

But Florida State appears to be back on Clemson's level while searching for the program's first conference title since 2014. Will we finally get a battle between these two heavyweights in the 2023 ACC title game?

Here is our look at the 2023 ACC championship odds (odds via our best college football betting sites).

ACC championship betting analysis

With Florida State already priced at minus odds, it's important to shop around at our best sports betting sites to get the best value.

In fact, FSU's odds as a betting favorite are the perfect example of the need to search for value. While most shops are trading the Seminoles at -150 or worse to win the ACC, Caesars is offering a -140 deal on the favorites.

ACC championship odds movement

There's been plenty of movement atop the oddsboard. Florida State is now trading around -150 to win the ACC after being valued at roughly +170 entering the campaign. FSU has the inside track to reach the ACC title game after earning a road win over Clemson in Week 4.

Meanwhile, Clemson fell to north of 20/1 after opening as the betting favorite at +150.

Duke, the team that knocked off Clemson during Week 1, has risen from +4000 to win the league to right around +800.

Favorite for the ACC championship

Florida State (-140 via Caesars)

The Seminoles made a statement with their 45-24 win over the LSU Tigers in Week 1. They followed that up with a signature road victory over Clemson to close out the opening month.

This is a team we should be taking seriously, not only to win the ACC but to reach the College Football Playoff and contend for a national championship.

Quarterback Jordan Travis has his offense hitting the ground running. Receivers Keon Coleman and Johnny Wilson are a big play waiting to happen when they touch the ball. Jaheim Bell is a threat as a receiver and runner for FSU too.

ACC championship odds: Contender

Miami (+750 via DraftKings)

This price has dropped since the preseason when we listed the Hurricanes as a long shot. I still like the upside of the Hurricanes at this price to win the conference, especially since FSU is getting so much respect in the market.

Quarterback Tyler Van Dyke leads a talented offense that features plenty of dynamic weapons.

Miami's potent offense was on full display in a big win over Texas A&M during Week 2, and this team has scored 38-plus points in each of the first four weeks to begin the season. Mario Cristobal's team is unlikely to be challenged until league play is in full swing.

ACC championship odds: Long shot

Louisville (+1200 via bet365)

Louisville might not be ranked, but this team is off to an undefeated start to the 2023 season. The Cardinals (4-0) have earned wins over Georgia Tech, Indiana, and Boston College to begin the year.

Running back Jawhar Jordan has led the way with an average of 9.6 yards per run, recording six touchdowns and 478 yards on 50 carries. The Cardinals have the second-best odds of reaching the ACC title game, according to the latest update via KFord Ratings.

Louisville's favorable schedule should keep this team in the mix all year.

ACC championship odds: Fade

Duke (+850 via DraftKings)

The Blue Devils began the year with a home win over Clemson, which has led to an inflated price in this market. Duke is firmly behind four different teams in the odds to reach the ACC title game, per KFord Ratings, so I'm staying away from this price for now.
