Guys, I started using this book at the beginning of the football season, and I only have good things to say about them. I ran up a balance above 1k and Jon approved my account to have two free payouts in that month. My account manager, Ben, takes care of me and makes it feel like you've got someone taking care of you and your account. I solely use BI now and will continue to do so. Dont have any fears or worries about them, they take care of their customers and supply great customer service.

Betislands is truly starting to become the industry standard for me. I deal with 5Dimes and Bookmaker - both of those books of course pay out, but I've never had an experience like this.

Yesterday - 3pm - Call in to ask for withdraw - they say no problem, my next free will be november 5th, they will cover fees, should have it to me M*G by noon today.

Today - 10AM - EMail arrives with payout info

Today - 2pm - Receive a personal phone call from Ryan to ensure that I received my info, following up with a phone call - that's unheard of.

Today - 230pm - money in my pocket

Today - 3pm - money in the bank.
