can't find the big thread for Bi, and I've been their biggest suupporter but when I try to make a bet on GS tonight and my max is $100 all I can say is **** you BI, only because I have a rollover to meet and this is complete BS.

Jon - when the hell is the free half point? In the other thread you said 1-4pm PST. Then on the site it says 1-3pm PST but today I went to make a bet at 2:57pm PST and no half point was added. Is this still a software upgrade issue? I asked this a few days ago in the other thread but it was never answered.

missed there payout by 1/2 hour. now i have to wait an extra week. payouts are great and come very fast in this method if requested before 11AM friday. if requested friday after 11AM they make you wait another WEEK. its a great method if requested on thursday or friday morning. otherwise ehhh. now i need to wait 10 days before payout is "sent".

Bubba, i had similar problem like you, but i was late slightly by like 10 mins only. The cs said he wont guarentee ill be able to get it in for today but he will try. so i come back 20 mins later and it goes thru. I request a p2p though, im assuming you took paper?

yes, not the p2p method. 10 extra days for 1/2 hour. i called the night before but cs was closed. its a super method otherwise(if planned accurately by withdraw-er)

Right... I think the only thing I used to say was that they pay... which they did then and that they had nice customer service. If I recall I stopped even that the first week of September when in my opinion they were done...
