I'm looking for a new book and was interested in BetIslands.

How easy is it to deposit money there? Could I deposit money tonight and have it in my account immediately? Would I get any bonus, freeplay, or incentive to use this book?

Can I use my 2000 points have have at SBR for something? LOL.

When it comes to customer service and payout issues BI is simply the best.

IMO they are Bet Jamaica with a vastly superior customer service staff.

Quick question to anyone who has been with BI for awhile today I was told by their customer service that they won't be covering the Preliminary fights for Strikeforce: Melendez vs. Masvidal...I see that almost all other top rated books are..do they norm not cover preliminary fights for mma?

I agree. The betislands customer service is great. But, betislands is not a book for ML bettors. They don't post all money lines for all sports, but they pick and choose. I think they should post all money lines and limit them to like +900/-900.

What's the industry standard for requiring a book to post money lines?

It's a casino rebate on losses

They also give a daily rebate of 2% on all horse wagers regardless of win or lose.

Its doubtful they utilize a third party rebate software (for a lack of better words) so my best advice is to contact them personally to add your rebates.

annoying things about betislands withdrawls-

1- they only "process" an unnamed method on mondays and these requests need to be in early on fridays. so like me if you request a withdrawl late on friday, it is 9 days before they will process the request.

2- low weekly limits to withdraw.

these are both pretty clear in there terms, yet it is annoying nonetheless. because of these it will take me well over a month for my balance there to come into my hands.

He said on this thread that if you have a problem with the limits, to contact him and he'll raise them.

I've emailed him three times since Tuesday about getting my limits higher, and no answer at all. Very surprising. Maybe he can answer here?

I am not usually on live chat , email is the best way to go or a phone call or even a PM. My inbox can get somewhat jammed at times so my apologies if I do not get back to you as soon as you would like. I am always just a phone call away.

Like I did mention before limits can be requested to be raised and each account will be revised we like to develop a relationship with our players first before we raised their limits.

Hi Brian,

As far as I know you contacted us today and your limits were declined by Leo our lines manager and then you tried to contact me and I was in a meeting and then I saw this thread.

If a Betislands rep already answered your query then I will re visit the situation with Leo.

For future reference certain matters are best handled with the book directly like limits , payouts etc etc.

I apologize for any confusion and will look into this matter now.
