Our live chat is working just fine I have not had any more complaints from any other customers yet , perhaps you may want to try again I apologize for any inconvenience.

As to the payouts we offer one free payout a month via ** , ** or check.

Our $50 flat rate applies on all cashouts from $100 to $5000 I do not find this to be expensive if compared to other rates from other shops.

And yes we can lower limits upon request.

u dont have to win 4k.. u just got to roll it over. in either case u can talk to john, nick. jim etc and ask for the bonus to be declined if u have changed ur mind and havent wagered yet. i am sure they would be fine with this.

roll over just comes naturally.. continue to place bets as u would at any other book.. dont worry bout the rollover.. u will find out that 2 weeks from now u will be near done naturally and have 200-1000 or so in ur account hopefully

i too had problem with livechat. got cut off in the middle of chat. when i tried to click back it told me live chat was "offline:. this was about 2 hours ago

As far as our banking goes I rather not discuss this in open forum but I will say this for our Canadian clientele there is something ready that will air very soon to accommodate e-wallet banking for them.

US clients our model right has proven to be best and most effective for us and players so this will probably not change soon.
