Joined on Monday and a good looking book so far. Lots of options and good lines. Only downfall is no tennis parlays and they round to whole dollar on winnings.

The free half comes with all the bonuses listed such as 20/20 cash and freeplay , 30/30 . The -107 comes with 20% freeplay.

Hey jon, is the free payout every month or every 30 days? I was charged. For one today.

I see an earlier post by you that says 1 every month. Either way a rule is a rule, but every month isn't the same as every 30 days. Please clarify which it is.

its every 30 days.. i just did one today and and my last free payment one was the 9th so got charged. dont mind 50 bucks for 975 withdrawel via **. cheaper then other places

Also i wanted to say a big thanks to you betislands. i had a bad week at the casino and baseball. i asked if i could get my casino rebate early today and boom there it was. i hit a royal flush for 2000.00 bucks today on that bonus and did my roll and cashed out the max. i really wanted to say thanks for such personalized service. Also its cool you now have trifectas in the racebook. i am assuming pick 3's and 4's and supers are coming

What are the deposit amount to get 30/30 cash and freeplay instead of 20/20 cash and freeplay. Also what are the rollover on these?

Be careful when playing the racebook at Bet Islands. I had a couple issues there a few weeks ago. One being the fact that nowhere on the site does it tell you the race max payouts and odds. It turns out that you can only get 15-1 8-1 and 4-1 on WPS bets respectively. It was only a small wager that did get refunded for a one time exception but I was dumbfounded when I noticed my wager being short and being told about that payout cap. Also, I had a rebate deal with Jon where I felt I got shorted, sent him an email and he never responded back. It's been a couple weeks now but I haven't bothered to try contacting them again. Just a couple things there that rubbed me the wrong way from these guys.

I apologize if our racebook was not of your liking , I have been very straight forward about this though our strong point is NOT our racebook it is our sportsbook , CS and payouts. My concern this season has been sports offerings , CS and banking.

Our email had some issues a few weeks back and I did respond so I am assuming you did not get my message , please feel free to PM me so we may discuss this matter again.

How do you bet more than the max wager with the free half point promo?

If I want to bet more than the max on an NCAAF total. (Max wager with half point + More money at the regular number) software will not allow me to bet without getting the half point.

The info on max payouts is there and has been since day 1.

When does BI intend to get complete tennis lines?

I don't really see a point in putting up ML lines if you're not going to offer spreads/totals as well.

Is this part of your loss prevention plan?

Also you mention tennis parlays? I believe I have tried a tennis parlay and your interface does not allow this.

Looking to join a new Book. I don't bet BIG like most people on here do, does BetIslands do free withdrawals? I saw on here that someone said they charge $50. I usually deposit around $200, so I don't know if it is worth it for me to join BetIslands if they charge me $50 per withdrawal.

they do 1 free withdrawal by check per month. read the site for more info
