To Betislands please read:

I was told that limits were 1000/2000 on sides as i usually bet 1000. I tried to take Florida Inter vs Louivsille and it says that my max i can bet on F.I.U is 500 so i just wanted to experiment and bet on Louisville and it allowed me to bet 1000! Its just a little frustrating not being able to take the team i want for the price i want after being told something else. If you cut my limits it will take me forever to reach my 13 times role over?? I dont mind the roll over but atleast make it possible for me to reach the role over??? Its just a little weird that i can bet more on one team and not the other?? I am sure there is a simple explanation for this

Also the main reason I choose betislands over 5dimes is because of the $500 higher limit i was told

just deposited with BI today, we'll see how it goes, didnt read anything about a free payout on the site, but people have posted it is once every 30days, is that correct?

Jon, all I can say is that I'm glad I don't have your job. Answering the same dull questions 100 times would drive me up a wall. I've seen you say, "min is 10, but if you want less, pm me" at least 15 times in this thread alone. After seeing your honesty and willingness to help players in this thread, I'd bet that BetIslands CS is better than 90% of the books out there. I pm'd you a couple of hours ago about joining. Kudos.

everything has been good so far, only complaint is minor and it is that it takes them a little longer than usual to grade some prop bets compared to other books...

We do take a bit longer since we try to put up as many props as possible , I apologize for that and will make a note of it and pass it on to the respective managers in the prop department.

Yes turns out the free half point is only mon-fri apparently there was a glitch last weekend.

Got screwed in the Racebook when hitting a $1 double for $81 yet Im capped at $51. Go to the odds page and it says max odds 102? Would of been nice if they listed the max odds were based on a $2 bet rather than $1.

Gimmicks max wager $50
Max odds 102
Max payout $2000.

Well, I just dropped a little into BetIslands... I'll say that until I ran across this thread I had never heard of them. It was Jon being here and answering questions and all of the positive feedback from current members that made me give them a try.

Now if I can just make a profit all will be well.

Just had a great experience with Jon. Absolutely incredible gesture by him. So far Jon, Ryan, and BetIslands have by far exceeded my expectations and run a sportsbook the way it should be run.

Betislands has been in business since 2004 myself and another group of bookmakers took it over early in 2011 therefore and kickstarted the marketing.

You are correct it has been a long weekend and Monday my apologies , Betislands was a relatively dormant brand with a small customer base when we took it over we saw a chance to create a sportsbook for the players with simple funding and payout methods to fit the needs for todays US players.

Our cash only model allows us to pay same day and checks in 3 to 4 working days.

I think anyone that has played with us that has won and cashed out can confirm a hassle free process.
