I called to have the times shown changed to EST. They took care of it within a minute. I had a similar problem with other books and it took them hours and days to change it. Just shows you how on top of things they are.

I also like the variety of betting options. They take just about every sporting event possible.

Hopefully I will see how fast their payouts are sometime soon.

Lightning quick, faster than any other overseas book I've dealt with. Bookmaker, Betonline, Bodog, 5dimes - all pale in comparison. When it's time to cash out, they will treat you like a VIP.

Mini review of Bet Islands after a few months of playing there:

A lot of offerings, not quite as many as 5dimes, but a lot more than most shops.

Very solid customer service, Ashley goes above and beyond. Jon is very accommodating.

Quick W.U. payouts. Requested one late sunday night, and was ready Monday afternoon.

One negative... not a fan of their payout limits. They profess to be a cash only book, and that's fine. But you are going to attract mainly players who like to deposit and withdraw via w.u./m.g.. the 975 per week limit (combined, not each) is way too low. If I can deposit X amount every day via that method, then I should be able to withdraw X amount a day as well. So for a player who doesn't want to deal with checks, I suggest keeping a small balance, or you could get stuck in a situation where it will take months for you to get your money out.

Overall, solid B+ book.

Regarding our banking we have one p2p per week same day usually within a few hours and checks every week as well , a lot of the restrictions that we have as a book are not by choice but we must live by them in order to assure clients timely payouts and a long term business model.

Yes, Ryan, Nick and Ashley are top notch. I've been with BI since March and have interacted with them many times. You gotta figure they had a bad day along the line, but you would never tell in the interaction. To top it off they actually have personalities. I haven't seen one of these before BI in a long time.

Agree rob it almost feels like you are betting with a local instead of an offshore. One thing i would like to see is for them to get NFL ML up a little quicker, but all in all it is my favorite book!

great book my only complaint tried to bet baltimore -13 get free half point at 11;00 pm. eastern didnt offer free half point my account is set up for that I thought it worked till 12,00 am. midnight friday I called them no answer

i have called/live chat them and told them if and when it didnt credit me the free half and they manually edit it and then reflect it on ur acct for the future for sure. I suggest u do that. My one buddy even was told as the game was being kicked off that if the .5pts came into play he would be credited.... sure enough the game ended at 10 and the 10.5 would have won him the bet so they sure enough paid it Class Act Book!

I have nothing but positive vibes with BI as well.One concern I do have is I noticed my account is collared at $1000 max per game and wanted to know If that can be adjusted or do you not allow higher bets?I looked on your site but could not find any information on bet limits.

They are pretty new. They started out in the C range. To go from C to A in 8 months is unheard of. Personally I feel they are an A book.
