Not sure what this means, please clarify. After placing several bets this week, I ran my available balance low. So I did the live chat with Jim this morning to deposit, but I'm deemed ineligible for this promo. It seems any withdrawals ever made become part of a "make-up figure", regardless of the amounts of your prior deposits. Basically, I've withdrawn as much as I've deposited so I figure I'm back to square one. Yet I still have a $1975 make-up figure to do prior to being bonus eligible? Isn't completing a 10-12x RO enough to release your funds from ineligibilty?

I'm just trying to understand the bonus eligibilty requirement because it is not clearly defined anywhere that I can see. Books I've used in the past would prohibit a bonus if you withdrew w/i the past 30 days (which I haven't) or if you're a net winner (again not as I sent $2000 in and withdrew $1975 out). If I understand your make-up rule, all withdrawals must be deposited again w/o a bonus prior to any new bonuses permitted? Whatever your rule is, it needs to be clearly defined on the bonus page IMO.

Will BetIslands allow Parlays in MMA/UFC/Boxing in the Future. I really think this would be a great feature to help put BetIslands on the map in the fighting world. Guys love to bet parlays in the MMA world its makes it more fun.

You could even set a max $200 parlay bet and it wouldnt be that big of a deal just as long as guys are able to lay $200 on all the fighers they want

i can honestly say i have been playing offshore for 7 years now and this is the best book I have played at. I only played at betjam and got good customer service there, but nothing to the level of this. If i need something jon,ryan,ben, and my girl ashley goes out of their way to help me. The other day i was frustrated because i lost every bet i put in and was chating with ryan what kind of crap day it was and he gave me a 25 dollar freeplay. Jon has helped my limits and helped me when it comes to deposits. I feel like i get one on one service here. When i play at heritage or 5dimes i feel like just another number, but these guys know me by name (which probably is a bad thing ). This is a A+ book. For me they have a ton of betting options espically coming from betjam. I love the sat payouts. The racebook is even getting some more options. If you havent tried this book you should.
