I was also a victim of the multi-account scam. My winnings of 5k were confiscated. Supposedly there was an other account with the same IP address. I didn't even use a bonus and the general terms don't even mention IP address but still both 18bet and MGA quoted this.

MGA sent me the same copy paste message they've been sending others. I'm still trying to push MGA on this, but I doubt it'll be of help.

Did I understand correctly that MGA should mention a third party dispute resolution option? They didn't offer anything of this nature and I'd like to lodge a complaint against them in any case.

I think we should all push MGA and other authorities as much as possible because this is just ridicilous. I've never had any problems with other operators.

    Thanks for your efforts KittiP

Please keep trying to get more to submit complaints here.

This might feel like it's getting nowhere, but the slow moving wave of lava will get there in end I predict.

This is too much and too blatant now I am thinking.

    So now we have:

    1300 was one bet
    1900 was 700 x 2 and 500
    1500 was 750 x2
    650 was one bet
    6600 was 1100 x 6
    9000 was 4500 x 2
    10242 was 690, 940, 725, 1250, 2475, 2500, 850 and 812
    3185 was 735, 890 and 520 x 3
    1300 was one bet

How many more of these do you think that we are going to get?
How many more of these cases do you think that there are from people who haven't posted online?

I just heard back from the second guy from the german forum he said that he had a similar situation.

Withdrawal request submitted of 1300 Euros, phone verification completed, pending withdrawal cancelled and then a single losing bet of 1300 Euros was added to his account.

He sent me screenshots of his live chat with 18Bet and it was unsurprisingly very similar to what they said to me.

They didn't seem surprised at all and said that they couldn't see anything wrong with the bet.

I wasn't able to get in contact with the guy that lost the 9k euros on the german site.

However, someone else contacted me on there and I will contact him back now.

But he says that he has had the same thing happen to him with 18Bet.

I'll keep you guys updated, or maybe he will.

I'm no expert at all when it come to this and what I have done hasn't exactly helped.

But I think you should also just follow the same process that I followed.

    1) Contact 18bet (and Babibet), they didn't bother replying to me, but maybe they will send you a courtesy 'f you' email, saying that you need to protect your account.....username, password......terms and conditions.....blahh blaaaahh blaahh.

    2) Make an SBR complaint.

    3) Contact their licensors:

    18Bet (Shark77) - Fill in the form - https://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/

BabiBet - Send an email to - complains@gaminglicences.com

    4) MGA brushed me off and gave me a nonsensical response, but hopefully this wont happen to you.

    5) My current step advised by lonnie55, make a complaint about the licensor.
I'm guessing that at some point the licensors will start to connect all of these complaints and start to take it more seriously.

So, if you wouldn't mind, maybe it would be a good idea to briefly mention all of the other cases that you have seen on here when you make the complaint.

Not only were the fake bets placed on the same day and around the same time on 18Bet and Babibet, but they even repeated the same bets.
The 5 babibet bets are the same as 5 of the 18bet bets, but just at different odds.

It's amazing how little they are doing to cover their tracks.

It's like they don't even care.

They told me all this bets were made by myself and also my withdrawal were cancelled by my side.

Of course, I didn't play these bets by myself or cancelled the open withdrawal request!

Even if the MCCA brush off the actual issue, they should not brush off the MGA not following recently announced requirements on them.
    Will do, thanks.

ahh ok well I wonder exactly how long usually a withdrawal is cancelled and then the fake bets are made. they prob get an alert on their end when withdrawals are submitted and then I guess they get to moving then. really screwed up situation.

    thank you!

I work with this bookies a recent time now and never had problems with them, paid out 21 000 Euro (21x1000Euro) last 365 days (without depositing).

The last 1-2 months were really sucessfull and so my balance were that big, also there maximum amount for withdrawal via CC is only 1000 Euro per month (without additional fees).

Could you inbox the link to that thread on the other forum (don't post it on here)

I want to encourage him to also complain to MGA, eventhough it did literally nothing for me.

But I am hoping that after seeing a lot of these complaints, they will eventually take it seriously, instead of just siding with 18Bet.

    P.s Good find btw.
