this web site looks exactly the same as 18bet web site. What is the point of having different web sites with different names owned by the same company? Why don't babibet/1bet/18bet/ sportempire owners just focus on development of one of these brands?

The best way to get your money back from these type of scams is by peer pressuring them with bad reviews and ratings (including here of course) all over the internet and sent them the links and such. But it seems that this company doesn't give a damn about their image and reputation whatsoever thus the chance of getting your money back are very very slim. They best way is to warn others of all their sister sites and any future ones they create if possible.

Their software and non-limiting practice is absolutely unique. I guess they are well aware of it, so they don't care too much about their reputation on the other hand.

A small claims procedure does not cost nearly as much as the legal letter by Green Table. When bookmakers act like this letters have no impact at all so I would advise going straight to a small claims procedure though it is not really making significant progress since August this year when I started it.

Hi all,
Green Table Legal wrote a letter before action on my behalf to 18bet and they are completely unresponsive. I was advised to postpone my claim for now as the next step would be a small court claim which will produce more costs and fees. The problem that the lawyer sees even if I win the court case (which he believes I would) it could be v challenging to have them pay as for now it is unclear whether they have any legal assets in Malta. He also mentioned if my claim was more than 5K, we could start the precautionary warrant of seizure but atm considering my amount we could go all the way and at the end be left with nothing. From what I understand GTL is in talks with other people whose claims are bigger and if they proved to be successful, I would start again. My impression is that Konrad knows what he is doing but for now my claim is postponed.

We have so many people affected by this now, that its impossible to think that we can't do anything.

Yeah this is one of their retarded rules, I think I remember a thread on here with someone from Netherlands that got done by this rule by one of 18bets other scams sites (1Bet)

It actually came through this time.

Now just have to work on getting the 6600 EUR back.

Pending withdrawal

I have had a withdrawal pending at 18bet.com, now for a couple of days. Seems I'm going to be their next scam attempt. Their customer support claims my withdrawal cannot be processed due to a technical issue. For once I was lucky at the live casino, but of course I did not perform a background research on the operator i signed up at.

I've been waiting for an MGA reply for more than 1 year and 3 months.

I've been waiting for literally 10 years. Would email them every year, would get some reply putting me off, and eventually they just started ignoring me. Don't think they ever did anything, just sat there and watched as loads of money was stolen.

I did exactly that, limited my stakes and loss limits and so on back in July.

Which just meant that they used the other scam, claiming that there's an other account on the same IP address .

I hope you get your money out, but there's no sure way with 18bet.

Like I told I have a reason to believe that the Maltese court system does not take us seriously as I have a pending european small claim procedure since about mid August this year and it has not made any progress. I provided them as a proof my live chat conversation with DanielN at 18bet where only one account for me was located by him which I only had been using since then and been paid a couple of withdrawals before this summer. Greentablelegal told me that they could send a letter to court but that would cost me some money which I am not ready to pay as I think it would lead to nothing.

The 18Bet Responsible Gaming section of the webpage says:

Which for anyone reading this thread obviously translates to "Send us an email to self exclude yourself.........but before we reply to your email, your money may be lost due to fraudulent bets.

That was on August 1, 2018. Since then they have been ignoring all my requests.

I complained about MGA at MCCAA. They never replied.

I complained about MGA at Pardee Consulta, an ADR service for MGA issues. They never replied.

Disgraceful.
