The right to have a union is protected by the US Constitution.
''The teachers union is the largest union in the US''
The First Amendment of the Constitution, which guarantees the freedom of speech, assembly, and petition, also guarantees freedom of association and is recognized by U.S. courts as a fundamental right. The freedom of association encompasses the right of the group to take collective action to pursue the interests of its members. For this obvious reason, the constitutionally protected freedom of association includes unionization and union-related activities.[/QUOTE]
my reply was to Mac actually. Ooops.

It's my opinion based on previous post history.
Not sure what you have against Tucker but I consider him a highly intelligent fella. One of the smartest journalists/opinion commentators anywhere. He's down to Earth and extremely well spoken. He does his homework and a critical thinker. His family values and love for his country is impressive. He's real and has integrity. In other words, he's virtually the exact opposite of 90%+ of the rest of so-called journalist out there.
Have you ever listened to him speak at a conference? He's quite impressive. He understands how things are and he's far from an extremist which so many others are. He is a free speech advocate. Much like me. Thus it's only natural that I would gravitate to someone like him. Plus he's really funny.
Here's a great example if you take a few minutes. Even Cenk is in agreement with him. If you do watch it, can you honesty say you don't agree with what he says? FF to the 3:40 mark if you like.
