The freedom of association encompasses the right of the group to take collective action to pursue the interests of its members. For this obvious reason, the constitutionally protected freedom of association includes unionization and union-related activities.
It's my opinion based on previous post history.
Not sure what you have against Tucker but I consider him a highly intelligent fella. One of the smartest journalists/opinion commentators anywhere. He's down to Earth and extremely well spoken. He does his homework and a critical thinker. His family values and love for his country is impressive. He's real and has integrity. In other words, he's virtually the exact opposite of 90%+ of the rest of so-called journalist out there.
Have you ever listened to him speak at a conference? He's quite impressive. He understands how things are and he's far from an extremist which so many others are. He is a free speech advocate. Much like me. Thus it's only natural that I would gravitate to someone like him. Plus he's really funny.
Here's a great example if you take a few minutes. Even Cenk is in agreement with him. If you do watch it, can you honesty say you don't agree with what he says? FF to the 3:40 mark if you like.

I agree that Tucker is a highly intelligent fella, and extremely well spoken. He uses both of these with his craft.
He is a master manipulator, bending the truth, leaving out parts that don't go along with the message he is pushing. He is very good at it, that's why he always had great ratings. Manipulating people who don't know any better (SLOW OR LOW IQ) or don't want to hear/know the truth. He is very good at adding just a few little things that most don't notices but they help change the story the way he wants it to sound.
If I ever question his intelligence on here, it was wrong, it should have been his viewers, not him. He takes them wherever he wants them to go. They just follow right along.Leave a comment:

here we go again. If you bothered to do your homework rather than repeating the MSM talking points you would be better off. Common sense SHOULD have screamed inside your head to look into it further for context. His lawyers argued on his behalf and won. It was easy to see why. Tucker was giving his opinion. People do it all the time.Originally posted by Mac4LyfeAre you serious? Tucker Carlson admitted his views are for entertainment purposes only and that NO ONE really believes a word what he says. So what do you do. You PRETEND what you said above.
When Tucker Carlson says on his show “[r]emember the facts of the story; these are undisputed" no reasonable person would believe that he was about to state facts. At least, that was Tucker Carlson's own argument in defending himself from a libel suit.
That argument convinced U.S. District Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil, who dismissed a lawsuit brought by model and actress Karen McDougal. McDougal sued for defamation, alleging Carlson baselessly told his audience she was extorting the President. President Trump allegedly paid $150,000 to help keep quiet a year-long affair with the former Playboy model.Leave a comment:

He talks a lot about morals. To have admitted to at least 11 counts of illegally using campaign money
- In 2022 and 2020, Arizona Rep. David Schweikert was fined $175,000 by the Federal Election Commission and House Ethics Committee for multiple campaign finance violations.
- Investigators said he failed to report loans, allowed funds to be used for noncampaign purposes and slow-walked handing over documents to play out the statute of limitations for the worst offenses.
- Schweikert acknowledged the violations, but said he didn’t knowingly break the law.

I never said Trump was in politics for 30 years, you need to reread the post.Originally posted by DwightShruteTrump wasn't in politics for decades. Try 3 years.
Trump didn't push anything through. He asked them to do their best to come up with a vaccine asap and he guaranteed that the government would buy the doses. That has nothing to do with deregulation. Deregulation is a good thing in many circumstances because many of these government departments are a waste of taxpayer monies. It shouldn't take several years and millions of dollars to get permits to building many things. Much of the time its government greed. Just look at Washington in general.
If he didn't push it, then that's just another lie he told, almost daily, if not daily on TV while bragging about "Wrap Speed".
If you think that letting drug trials that usually last years, and then get cut so you can do them in months is not deregulating you would be wrong. They had to cut regulations to do that.
I didn't know it took years and millions of dollars to get a permit in Washington. Not surprised, but I will have to take your word for it. Since I've never needed one, I've never had to apply.
But you and I both know it would never stop there, they cut safety regulation so companies can make more money short term and could get employees hurt or killed on the job. Long term it usually backfires on them.
I would have thought, you had listened to many of Trump's speeches. I have never once heard him say, he was going to ask, he is always talking about just telling them what to do because he knows better than they do.Leave a comment:
