Sanford and son was the number 1 tv show for several years. WTH does that have to do with being sued almost a billion dollars for pushing lies.

I have no idea who spreads the most lies. I normally don’t watch the national news. I watch stocks, sports and an occasional movie. I’ll throw Fox and CNN up every once in a while like during debates or big national news but most of the time they’re both on mute.

I can tel you for me the Republican Party has sold their souls with the devil that is Donald Trump. I think the Trump years will eventually be seen as the most divisive in this country. A lot of republicans inwardly cannot wait to be rid of Trump. They have had to bite their tongues for far too long. Relief is on the way.

I have not voted for a major party candidate this century, for POTUS. There will be at least 5 other candidates on my ballot. I will vote for one of them.

How can Trump give a tax break to any one state.

While I cannot prove it, I suspect a good percentage of those people know they are fake but they just don't care. Political partisanship supersedes truth, so intellectual dishonest wins out. Denial of observable reality wins if the party you support is shown in a bad light.

We all saw VP Biden do a quid pro quo in Ukraine threatening to hold back 1 billion if they don't fire the prosecutor who is looking into the corruption with his crackhead son and the energy company. Right there in the open and laughing and they refuse to believe it exists. Their eyes and ears are not to believed, they are constantly being told and its ok because everyone is doing it. So they just go along. Not everyone of course, but enough to keep the lights on it seems.

America takes in about 1.2 million immigrants legally every year. Allowing millions to come in illegally every year lowers wages. Especially young people. Companies love it because they don't to pay as much. Young people cannot afford to buy a home.

The government has a duty to take care of its citizens first. Above anything else. Above fleeing Hondurans or anyone else.

The unemployment rate you guys quote is incomplete. First off, the monthly jobs reports has been modified to be much lower than what was announced several times now. Months later, they print a retractions saying the numbers were incorrect. Not every time, but more under Biden than ever. So that 300,000 number is almost surely is a lie. I mean their DEI hire press secretary keeps on repeating the lie that Biden has created over 12 million jobs since taking office. More jobs than any president in history. We all know that is a lie. There was a pandemic most of us remember and a ton of businesses were forced to close. Just because the pandemic ended and these businesses were allowed to hire back people to work, doesn't mean you can take credit that your administration created those jobs. They think you are all fukking morons. Believe the 4% all ya want. Its bullshit.

    +++++++

A growing number of Americans are working multiple jobs just to make ends meet.

The latest jobs report from the US Department of Labor showed nearly 8.4 million people had multiple jobs.

    A record 447,000 people working 2 full-times jobs.

Jul 11, 2024 — A new Bankrate survey has revealed that more Americans have been working two jobs
The number of Americans working two or more jobs has reached its highest level since the pandemic’s start, new federal data show, a trend that suggests more of us are feeling inflation’s pinch.

You stop letting in all illegal immigrants. Wages will increase.

You stop allowing companies like BlackRock from buying up residential homes. You make it illegal for foreigners to buy land. A condo is fine. You imprison bankers, not bail out the banks.

Milk and dairy prices are pretty low. Seem much lower than 10 years ago. I believe Thor said that US inflation was lower than all the other G7 countries. We came out of a pandemic. Prices had to go up. I'm sure some folks knew about it in advance and made a killing off of millions of people around the world.

The economy is putting hundreds of thousands of new jobs each month. Last month over 320,000. Which is why we need immigrants because there's not enough US citizens to fill all these jobs.

You all tout Biden as a great President. But you kick him out of office for an even emptier mind...
I don't know anyone that say Biden was a great president. A lot of people I know voted for Biden because we were sick and tired of Trump's constant bitching and moaning. Very tiresome.
FACT; All you can do is attack Trump because you cannot go forward on your record and policies.
I attack Trump because he's an asshole. You know he is, we all know he is. I don't like assholes. I really didn't think he did much as a president, which I kinda like in a president. He made a lot of promises but really didn't make good on most of them. I like that too. I could care less about his record or policies. I believe Trump has low morals. I just can't vote for a guy like him.
You and your other KamalaGnats are just blind to the truth. All your lol's and haha's is just your insecurity. You know in your heart Trump is the best candidate. You just have been castrated by the Democrat lies and manipulations.
Even if Trump is the best candidate, his moral character is a hard pass for me. His constant crying, playing the victim card, always being right, never ever will say he made a mistake, my bad, I'm sorry. Just look at the people who have worked for him. NONE of them stay with him. He either fires them or they leave. He can't hold a wife, Melania wants nothing to do with his 2nd term, he couldn't hold his VP. Pence wants no part of Trump. He can't hold his family, his own brother disowned him and he has shown over and over again that he can't keep friends. He has to be one of the worst people in the world to work for or deal with. Why would I support a guy like that?
By the way.?. As is with California. '' NATURAL DISASTERS '' is the reason why insurance is so high. Use your head for a change instead of your fear of a Trump MAGA....

No there was no huge turnover when Trump or Biden took office. The SS is not a political organization. Employees cannot proclaim allegiance to either party, nor attend rallies, etc. The president selects the Director but other positions are normal federal jobs. They don't come and go with new presidents. They're duty is to protect both parties elected leaders. They also prevent fraud, counterfeiting, etc.

I don't think schools were shut down as long as other States. Businesses definitely weren't shut down for very long. I have several friends that live there and they said it was hardly noticeable. He gave the jab to senior facilities first despite the CDC saying not to. The CDC later admitted they were wrong and DeSantis was correct. He hired more police. He paid cops more. He enforced laws preventing people who when BLM terrorists tried to block freeways. He just passed a law outlawing squatters to take over your home while you are away. There are many more reasons. But he sure as hell seems to put his State first over political BS. Sure, he ain't perfect and there will always be criticisms.

Do you think he's a bad governor?

It's almost impossible to be wrong about everything but Dwight sure does try. He just pushes shit he gets from Fox and never, ever verifies what he posts. He's not an US citizen but he spends every waking hours trying to convince us of what he reads/watches. He'll post the most asinine propaganda that clearly shows he is living on an island and have never been in those US cities. When has he ever been to Minnesota? Yet he comments on places he's never been. It's "weird".

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, a Republican, is one of the highest-profile politicians on this list. DeSantis announced his candidacy for the 2024 presidential election in May 2023, and after losing key primary races to Donald Trump, he withdrew from the race in January 2024. Running a presidential campaign while serving as governor of one of the most populous states in the country did little to boost his popularity. DeSantis’ approval rating fell from 56.4% in early 2023 to 50.9% by the end of the year. Currently, DeSantis ranks as one of the least popular state governors in the country.

Yes I know. Migrants. I have internet here and I know how to use it. You seem to think always hurling insults, stomping your feet, and boasting how successful you are will replace logic and facts. Obviously that will work on some people.

However, it’s not clear what countries these international migrants stem from. The bureau doesn’t distinguish between legal status for foreign migrants, and these three states have historically been top destinations for undocumented migration.
In total, more than 1 million people moved to the Sunshine State in 2022.

It's boosting the state's economy, but living there comes with hidden costs. People are moving to Florida in record numbers, and not just retirees. Young people are being lured by the weather, a lack of state income tax, and more job opportunities.Feb 19, 2024
