#2033Another one bites the orange dust.
Trump lawyer Joe Tacopina will no longer represent Defendant Trump in his criminal trial in Manhattan, according to a notice sent to the court on Monday, nor will he represent Trump in an appeal of the verdict in the lawsuit brought by E. Jean Carroll, in which Donald Trump was found liable for sexual abuse and defamation and ordered to pay $5 million.
"I withdrew on all matters," Tacopina told ABC News.
The news comes on the eve of Donald Trump's next E. Jean Carroll defamation trial, in which the penalties against him are expected to be far larger. Of note: Tacopina was not representing Trump in this Carroll case.
Tacopina frequently appeared frustrated by his client's behavior in and out of the courtroom. During the previous Carroll case, Trump had told reporters in Ireland that he planned on flying back to New York to "confront" E. Jean Carroll in court. When Tacopina was asked about his client's plans, he admitted that Trump was all bluster, telling federal judge Lewis Kaplan, "I know you understand what I am dealing with." Trump never ended up testifying in the case.
Donald Trump has recently found himself in hot water for stunts he continues to pull with the courts. During his NY civil fraud case, Trump launched into a tirade against the judge and prosecutors without agreeing the the judge's rules prior to speaking and then stormed out of the courtroom.
Just this weekend, Trump was caught lying to Judge Kaplan in an attempt to delay the upcoming trial, telling the court that he needed time to travel to his mother-in-law's funeral. Less than 24 hours after making this request to the court, Trump planned a campaign rally in New Hampshire for the day he requested off.
It is unclear why Tacopina withdrew as Trump's attorney, but it is possible he wants off the Trump train before he bears the brunt of his client's bad behavior.Comment -

Looks like another lawyer is taking over. There's nothing unusual about it but of course TDS sufferers will make up their own narrative.Comment -

#2038In other words, as many "experts" have been saying about the coming crash, Trump simply said he hopes it happens before he becomes president. He's not saying he hopes it happens. He's not saying it will happen either. When it happens if it happens.Comment -

#2043Breaking down the 91 charges Trump faces in his four indictments
13 charges in the Georgia election interference case
The Fulton County, Ga., district attorney charged Trump and 18 others in connection with efforts to reverse his 2020 election loss in the state.
The indictment says Trump and 18 others were part of a criminal enterprise that refused to accept his election loss and conspired to change the outcome.
Four charges in the federal Jan. 6 election case
In this case, Trump and a group of alleged co-conspirators — unnamed but many identifiable through prosecutors’ descriptions — are accused of scheming to reverse the election results and keep Trump in power. The three conspiracy counts relate to the myriad ways they allegedly tried to accomplish that goal. The fourth count, attempting to obstruct an official proceeding, arises from Trump’s attempt to stop Congress from certifying Joe Biden’s win.
40 charges in classified documnts case
32 counts willfull retention of national defense info.
6 counts counts related to obstruction or altering documents
2 counts False statements
34 charges in the falsifying business records case
What do the charges mean?
These are essentially bookkeeping charges. Each involves a separate instance in which prosecutors allege that Trump misclassified campaign expenses as legal expenses. Falsifying business records is a misdemeanor in New York but can be charged as a felony when prosecutors believe there is an “intent to defraud” that includes an intent to “commit another crime or to aid or conceal” a crime.
Here's a summary of the charges Trump is facing in Washington, D.C., for attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 election:- one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States applies to Trump's repeated and widespread efforts to spread false claims about the November 2020 election while knowing they were not true and for allegedly attempting to illegally discount legitimate votes all with the goal of overturning the 2020 election, prosecutors claim in the indictment.
- one count of conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding was brought due to the alleged organized planning by Trump and his allies to disrupt the electoral vote's certification in January 2021.
- one count of obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding is tied to Trump and his co-conspirators' alleged efforts after the November 2020 election until Jan. 7, 2021, to block the official certification proceeding in Congress.
- one count of conspiracy against rights refers to Trump and his co-conspirators alleged attempts to "oppress, threaten and intimidate" people in their right to vote in an election.
plus these
there was violation of the espionage act, ---conspiracy against rights,---- criminal tax fraud,--- falsifying business records, ----dereliction of duty,---- extortion, obstruction of congress, conspiracy to defraud the united states of america, ---criminal solicitation to commit election fraud,
intentional interference with performance of election duties,
wire fraud, corrupt obstruction of an official proceeding of the United States,
money laundering,--- bank fraud,--- criminal solicitation, ----obstruction of justice,
insurance fraud, state rico violations,
conspiracy to make a false statement, racketeering,--- conspiracy to incite a riot, defamation,--
sexual assault, ---witness tampering,
conspiracy to defraud the U.S. by assisting other countries,
hatch act violations, aiding or comforting those involved in an insurrection, ---jury tampering,
and lets just throw in treason for the fun of itComment -

#2044more from other forum
Multiple indictments against Trump should be no surprise because of his long history of legal problems. After years of presidential immunity, his problems eventually caught up to him. Unlike most presidents, twice impeached Trump is among the most corrupt and worst in US history. Siena and Cspan surveys of historians rank him low in integrity, moral authority and pursuit of equal justice for all. House committee investigating weaponization of government found little or no evidence. However government prosecutors normally win vast majority of cases because of priority for cases with strong evidences such as Trump's.
Not too bright, huh? Lol
Yeah, he just had 70 boxes of classified material and is on record about having it. Then he said he declassified all of it. Then he denied having to declassify any of it. Then he said he didn’t declassify all of it because he didn’t have to. Then there’s the audio recordings of his voice bragging about classified material that he could get in trouble for, authenticated by numerous witnesses under penalty of perjury.
Another looney Trump comment today
On Saturday, Trump thanked Gambino Crime Family mobster, informant, and serial liar Sammy The Bull Gravano who confessed to 19 murders and countless kidnappings, armed robberies, burglaries & 1000s of other felonies, for vouching for him, adding, “I hope Judges Engoron & Kaplan see this.”……”Even if you come out vote and then die, thank you”
The former president suggested two presiding justices could learn ethics from ex-mobster “Sammy The Bull” Gravano.

#2050A while back the news surfaced that Special Counsel Jack Smith had legally obtained access to TFG's Twitter account via search warrant.
This access included Trump’s private Direct Messages, or DMs. To date no one knows precisely what Smith was looking for or found in Trump’s DMs.
But as part of Trump’s ongoing pretrial appeals, it turns out the courts have in fact ruled that Jack Smith can use Trump’s DMs as evidence at the upcoming criminal trial.
So what’s in these fateful DMs? Were these messages that Trump received, or sent, or both? We don’t know, other than that they’re very likely connected to the attempt at overthrowing the 2020 election.

#2058Trump ordered to pay 83 million in the New York courts. What a crock of shit and misuse of justice again. Trump said he didn't even know her. Trump should sell all his assets in NY and leave and never come back. He can never get a fair trial ever in NY.
I hope Texas sends a million more illegal immigrants to that shit hole now.
Less than three hours after beginning deliberation, the jury in the second defamation case brought by columnist E. Jean Carroll against former President Donald Trump issues a verdict ordering him to pay her $83.3 million in damages for his defamatory statements regarding his sexual assault of Carroll in 1996.Comment -
