Trump has a history of presenting conflicting arguments to suit him in the moment. He argued he WAS an officer of the US in E Jean to get Bill Barr to have the DoJ represent him, but argued he's NOT an officer of the US in the 14th amendment case.
Throughout his presidency, trump cried "THERE WAS NO RUSSIAN INTERFERENCE", but in his selective and vindictive prosecution motion to dismiss the DC case against him, he argued that RUSSIA interfered in the election and the KGB is what really made the 1/6 mob angry - not him.
And now in the immunity case, trump says he can't be indicted unless he's impeached and convicted, but during his impeachment he argued that he shouldn't be impeached because he can be criminally indicted. Glad to see DoJ calling him out for this today.Comment -

It's unusual for a party to participate in closing argument to a court, but Judge Engoron was willing to extend that chance to Trump. Trump, however, refused to abide by the rules that apply to this type of argument. It's not a freewheeling political rally speech, there are rules that govern closing arguments in trials, and whether lawyer or party, they must be abided by. The time for testimony is past. Argument is about the evidence and the law & not an opportunity to impune the Judge or the NY AG. Play by the rules or you don't play.

That said, there's ample video tape of Capitol Police opening doors to let protestors into the premises and most of them walked around and took pictures. That is interesting, I must say because undercover law enforcement at all levels do what he is suggesting the FBI did that day. Why not the outrage for all the people arrested daily all over the country using these techniques. Not until they can make a political push to the public is this an issue. Anybody that makes a statement that myself or someone else hates America because they don't support Trump or any other political has no credibility. As a constitution and American loving citizen have the right that comes from the constitution to support who I choose. They hate America and the constitution by trying to take that right from me. Just like with past tax cuts for them you are lied to and told that the revenue will increase because of hiring and more business but in the history of tax cuts it has never produced more revenue.
Corporate taxes from 35% to 21% was a huge mistake. Especially in one drop to step it down over time a couple % maybe but that was a mistake.
