Nunya will not like us taking over his thread but that tonight was surprising. Looks like Spain's reign is over. It just looks slow, used to kill teams with that play but tonight everything through the middle easy to defend against. Roll on tomorrow, I fancy England and Japan.

Under 2.5 in Italy/Costa Rica game for contest pick today. Think this may be were the run ends, could easily be 2-1, 3-0, even 2-2 draw, but Costa Rica will be happy to take a point and probably play quite defensive (appears they are playing with 5 defenders), and it's going to be very hot and humid in Recife as early kickoff so should in theory be slow tempo. Im expecting 1-0, 1-1, 2-0 type result. Not betting actual money on it though as spunked away my bankroll over past few months!
