Also, I followed your advice and registered at that ESPN site (good looking out btw), but while the interface of the site and the format of their contest are better than the Sportbet contest, at the end of the day, with so many people it kind of feels a bit like the proverbial pie in the sky. I'll still give it a shot because, hey who wouldn't scratch off a free lottery ticket (and, frankly, I have the time these days), but I still prefer the low hanging fruit of the Sportbet contest. $100 just for picking 5 consecutive winners is pretty generous in my book. Frankly, I'm half-tempted to get my friends and family registered just so they can tail me and get some free shit. Does anyone know if it's possible to win more than once? I looked it up in the rules and it didn't say anything about it one way or another.

The leak guy was a definite fake. He was just posting whoever was the favorite on the betting lines. When he lost (undertaker) and others he blamed it on his sources being wrong.

I get what you're saying, but with the way the contest is structured (ie, ties resulting in pushed/cancelled bets and the lines posted at -1 instead of -1.5), it makes sense to ignore the handicap and still bet the heaviest favorites.
