Don't be fooled by the standings, with Scotland sitting atop the group with three points: Morocco is hands down the better team (they're actually one of the top teams in the world). Scotland opened with a 1-0 win over Haiti, while Morocco and Brazil drew 1-1.
But Scotland was quite fortunate to get that result, and Morocco did their bit by largely nullifying one of the best offensive teams in the world. The Moroccans actually looked the better team for large stretches against Brazil.
Don't bite on the final scores. Sure, Scotland is a tough team to break down, but they're in a different class than Morocco. The Atlas Lions will dominate possession and eventually turn their chances into success.

Scotland is likely to adopt a compact, defensive shape, inviting Morocco's pressure, which won't end as well as it did when they allowed Haiti to take 15 shots. Morocco won't take many chances; both teams know they need the point here, but a team that's capable of mostly nullifying the creative output of Brazil won't struggle with what little Scotland has to offer.

Always difficult to choose a single player to score when you only expect one or two markers, but we're going to make it two in a row for Ismael Saibari.
The natural midfielder started up top for Morocco against Brazil, a team with a pretty strong backline, and managed three shots, including one on target (that happened to score!). He's fresh off a 15-goal campaign for the Eredivisie for PSV, and notched three more in seven Champions League games. He's coming into his prime and should lead the line again. As good a chance as any.

Against one of the worst teams in the entire field, Haiti, Scotland often looked second-best. Their xG of 1.05 won't be repeated against a defense as stout as Morocco, and if they only must two shots on goal again they're highly unlikely to convert.
I'd be loss shocked to see a 0-0 draw than I would be to see both teams score. But the odds on it aren't great. At -120, I'd be all over this for at least a half-unit; at -150, it's a pass for me.
