With two matches remaining in the group phase, Arsenal is the standout team in Europe's elite club competition, according to their spectacular on-field play and the Champions League odds

With the knockout stages beckoning, they are the undisputed team to beat, carrying their flawless record into San Siro when they face Inter Milan on Tuesday. German Goliath Bayern Munich is the second-most likely team to win the competition, with Man City, PSG, and Barcelona rounding out the fabulous five.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Betting favorite Arsenal only team with perfect record

Mikel Arteta's side has been the class of the group stage, winning all six games, including a 2-1 victory over fellow contenders Bayern Munich and a dominant 4-0 triumph against perennial European power Atletico Madrid at the Emirates.

The concession at home to Bayern Munich was Arsenal's only one thus far, putting their superiority into context. That dominance will be tested this week, with a trip to San Siro to face Serie A leaders Inter Milan.

Last season, Arsenal lost in the semifinal to eventual champions PSG. If it maintains this form, the London side has every chance of winning the competition for the first time.

The Gunners' +360 Champions League odds represent a 21.74% win probability.

🇩🇪 Bayern Munich in formidable form

Arguably the most in-form European team across all competitions, the defending German champions have lost one of 28 matches. That defeat occurred at the Emirates against Arsenal.

Otherwise, Munich has been as close to immaculate as you can get. Only PSG and Borussia Dortmund, with 19 goals, have scored more than Bayern's 18. Vincent Kompany's men dominated Chelsea at Allianz Arena before upsetting PSG 2-1 at Parc des Princes.

They sit second in the competition, two points adrift of Arsenal and two ahead of Man City and PSG. The +470 odds at FanDuel to win for the first time since 2020 offer excellent value, considering their unsurpassed confidence and the aura of invincibility they play with at Allianz Arena.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Man City with room to improve

Man City's hot-and-cold form in all competitions must be concerning for Pep Guardiola. The Cityzens enjoyed a superb December but have tailed off in January and are winless in four Premier League matches.

They lost 2-0 at home to Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League before beating Real Madrid on the road, another excellent example of their maddening inconsistency. I'm also concerned with the makeshift back four they've been forced to play with as Josko Gvardiol and Ruben Dias recover from injury.

Rodri still hasn't hit full flight after recovering from his latest injury setback, and there are too many uncertainties at this juncture to back them.

🇫🇷 Reigning champion PSG in the mix

PSG isn't first in Ligue 1.

That should tell you all you need to know about the defending champions' current form, especially considering they've won seven of the previous eight Ligue 1 titles. You can blame injuries and the absence of Africa Cup of Nations players for their recent poor stretch.

Make no mistake, this is an elite team when healthy that can beat anyone on the day, seemingly flicking the scintillating-play switch as easily as turning on a light.

Despite their perceived struggles, PSG is tied for third with Man City and Atalanta and will be a formidable opponent in the knockout phase. If Luis Enrique's team gets healthy and returns to even a semblance of last season's fluid best, expect to see them in the final four at the very least.
