I'm not letting Bosnia and Herzegovina's inferior ranking mislead me. They are the better team, more battle-tested and used to playing superior opponents.
While Qatar is much better than their 6-0 defeat to Canada indicates, Bosnia and Herzegovina are usually a very difficult team to break down.
That defensive prowess will be on full display against a team that is relatively toothless in attack.

Prior to allowing four goals in the second half against Switzerland, Bosnia and Herzegovina hadn't allowed more than a goal in the previous eight matches. However, they don't pose a foreboding attack, which is why I expect a low-scoring Bosnia and Herzegovina victory.
That said, I'm not 100% sure how Qatar's shambolic 6-0 defeat to Canada will impact their performance.
Qatar were humiliated in every respect, and they had two starters sent off, both of whom will miss Wednesday's match. That's why I've given myself a buffer with a total of 4.5 combined goals.

Edin Dzeko, F, Bosnia and Herzegovina (-133)
Edin Dzeko led his team with five goals in qualification. The 40-year-old didn't play against Canada in the opener but started against Switzerland.
He didn't play a ton for Schalke in the Bundesliga 2 last season due to injury. However, he scored six goals in 11 appearances, helping the team gain promotion to the Bundesliga.
Despite his age and previous injury concerns, Dzeko represents Bosnia and Herzegovina's biggest offensive threat.
