The Huskies will be a popular pick on Saturday because of their past tournament performances and absolute domination of lower-seeded teams. However, this spread is about five points too many, which we also covered in our UConn vs. Arkansas State prediction.
The Huskies have won 19 games by at least 30 points, yet for all that dominance, they've covered this spread four times. While the Red Wolves will be one of the worst teams they’ve faced all season, the situation makes me less confident they will cover. Once the game is out of reach, Geno Auriemma will rest his best players, allowing the Red Wolves to snag a back door cover.
The Red Wolves’ largest loss of the season was by 16 points. They haven’t played a team as talented as the Huskies, but they’ve stayed in games against some solid competition.

Bueckers scored at least 20 points in all three of her Big East Tournament games, and now she gets to play one of the weakest opponents in months. However, I’m backing her to go Under this point total.
This game will likely be a blowout, meaning reduced minutes for the Huskies’ leading scorer. Additionally, she’s averaging 19.0 points per game, and even though this is a great matchup, she hasn’t been overly aggressive against inferior teams. She played in 17 of the 19 games the Huskies won by at least 30 but topped 20 in just five.
I’m so confident I’m making it a five-star play. It may be worth creating this parlay as close to tipoff as possible, as the public will likely bet the Over.

Bueckers averaged 4.9 assists per game, and while she didn’t look to score much against inferior opponents this season, she was integral in helping her teammates build up massive leads.
Bueckers dished out at least five assists 12 times in the 17 games the Huskies won by 30 or more. Even if her playing time is reduced, I'm confident she'll hit the Over.
The price for this prop isn’t great, but you’ll unlikely get anything better than -110. If this number climbs to 5.5, it may be worth looking at Bueckers’ rebounding total for the third pick in this parlay, as five is her sweet spot.
