Best NBA Parlays Today: Picks, Predictions for Monday's Games

Is Ja Morant capable of leading the Memphis Grizzlies to a victory over the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 4? Sportsbook Review betting analyst Jon Metler shares two of his favorite NBA same-game parlays for Monday's games using the latest NBA odds. 

Usually, I'm not particularly interested in which team actually wins the game; rather, I'm more invested in the player props for an NBA game. However, on Monday, I'm fully focused on the Memphis Grizzlies tying the series at two games apiece against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Since there are only two games on the schedule, and not too many player props have caught my attention, we're seeking a Grizzlies victory to complement an Under bet on a player that nobody will have any issues about rooting against.

Here are our NBA SGP picks for Monday (odds via FanDuel Sportsbook).

NBA SGP predictions: Bucks vs. Heat

Jimmy Butler Under 27.5 points vs. Bucks (+106)

This isn't quite the +116 price point that we were able to snag earlier this morning in our NBA best bets article, but it's still a +EV wager at this price.

Butler is projected to score 26.8 points against the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday, which means that this prop should be trading at -125. By using the alternate Under, we have a greater edge with our projection than by betting on the Under 28.5 points at -120.

Kevin Love Over 5.5 rebounds vs. Bucks (-134)

I wish I could've taken advantage of the Kyle Lowry Over 3.5 assists prop that was available this morning, but since then, it has been bet into its proper price point. Love gives off a similar vibe to Lowry, as the Miami Heat have multiple players out, and Love could see extended playing time.

An added bonus for Love is that Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo is expected to play in Game 4, which means that Love could have many easy rebounds from missed free throws. Love is projected to have 6.5 rebounds, allowing us to price this prop at -150. Although it's only a slight edge, it's still an edge nonetheless for our Bucks vs. Heat picks.

NBA SGP predictions: Grizzlies vs. Lakers

Memphis Grizzlies moneyline vs. Lakers (+172)

I believe we may have gone a bit overboard with the notion that the Los Angeles Lakers will easily eliminate the Memphis Grizzlies in the first round. The Grizzlies are a No. 2 seed and Ja Morant has returned from injury.

The projections suggest that the Grizzlies should be closer to a 3.5-point underdog rather than a 4.5-point underdog, which means I have priced the Grizzlies' moneyline at +147. At FanDuel, we can buy the Grizzlies' moneyline at +172, whereas it's trading at +162 via Caesars and +163 at BetRivers.

Dillon Brooks Under 13.5 points vs. Lakers (-128)

There are rumors circulating that the Grizzlies are considering parting ways with Dillon Brooks, and I believe them because they attempted to trade four first-round picks for former Phoenix Suns forward Mikal Bridges during the NBA trade deadline.

Steam can provide information, and Brooks' points prop is moving toward the Under at Pinnacle. After opening at -121 for the Under, it's now trading at -144. In my opinion, this suggests that there may be information available that the Grizzlies plan to give Brooks a smaller role on Monday.

In addition to the rumors and the steam backing them up, we also have a projection that favors Brooks going Under the total. Brooks is projected to score 12.7 points against the Lakers, allowing us to price this prop at -140.
